Nice pub, friendly bartenders. Was unable to try the food as I arrived on. A Sunday night when the kitchen was closed.

I hope this place will reopen in a different location. Greenwich needs more establishments like this. There's nothing really like this along the Avenue. It seems more "real", less pretentious. Stamford has many similar pubs and can always use another one!

Super commandeered. The place is great and the employees are so mice.

Best food around. It's better than all the fancy restaurants in Greenwich. Great staff. I make the hour drive. In my personal top 3 best restaurants in Connecticut .

Great spot in Greenwich. The pizzas are great ?

Very average. Bartender was great, all else OK. Wife and I shared a split pea soup and quesadilla. Soup OK but should needed more thickness and seasoning. Quesadilla was average.

We picked this place over of a few local places in Greenwich on Google maps on our way out. It is totally inconspicuous and is as bland a looking place as you’ll ever see. As non-locals, our server treated us politely, but not necessarily friendly to which we took no offense. While the pub wasn’t too crowded, service was a bit slow and cook times were longer than we liked. There were some decent local beers on tap and they were cold and delicious. The saving grace and overall significant redeeming quality of this place is the food. While the fare is mostly pub food-bangers and mash, shepherds pie, etc.—we chose corn beef and cabbage—it was prepared correctly and deliciously. The cabbage was not overdone or underdone. The corn beef was delightful and not too flaky nor too tough. This was preceeded by some of the best mussels I’ve ever eaten. And we followed with toffee bread pudding. As our server said, “We only have one dessert and there’s a reason for that.” Its true. Bon appetit.

Called ahead of time and said they would be open until midnight-1:00 am range. They had last call at 11:40. Bartender was very inconsiderate. That is fine if you want to close at 11:30/11:45, just notify them ahead of time if someone calls you. Wasted trip.

Cute neighborhood place and we would love to love it! "but" --- owner never looks thrilled. What is that about? Food is mediocre --- and our drink prices recently were "very special" - perhaps only because it looked like we could afford it. Not appreciated! Improve the food and the attitude -- could be great neighborhood gem!

Greasy pub food. Guinness wasn't in a proper pint glass, and tasted off. Pretty empty

Natalie was amazing. Great place to stop in from out of town. Drinks were coming fast with a good selection of Irish fare. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in town. Very friendly patrons and staff. Had a great time meeting everyone.

This is a real Scot-Irish pub.Mixed age and lively bar crowd. Really good food and service. Only problem is it has a very small dining area set back from the bar. We’ll be back again!!

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! THEY WILL ADD EXTRA TIP MONEY! 12/4 - I only came in to grab two drinks. Seemed like a nice local bar. Straightforward transaction for two drinks but when saw my credit card statement I saw that the tip was sneakily increased. Because I do expenses all the time for work I double-checked and I was correct the bartender(I'm assuming) increased their tip. There was a blonde hair lady who poured my beer and seemed to be nice which sucks even more as I look back on this. The money and most importantly the principle is what's in play here. If this place is stealing from customers to fill their pockets it's bad for everyone. Speaking from a former bartender I would have never done this back in the day. Speaking from a person that does expense reports for business it's highly annoying to be ripped off and have to track down why my report numbers don't add up..a literal waste of my time for both reporting and writing this Yelp review. I really hope the $1 was worth it. I seriously don't recommend this place if they will steal a dollar off a $20 tab i can't imagine what large tabs will get ripped off.
