Management needs to put more passion into running this cafe: I counted four tables that had not been cleaned up. I sat there half an hour and the 3 staff didn’t bother to clean up any of these tables. And lastly: there is very weak signal and they should offer WiFi for their customers. Cute blue plates don’t make up for these shortcomings
Soooooooooooooo slow
Consistently horrible service. I've written them about it and they offered a half hearted response. They are either understaffed or they have no order in how they handle customers. Half of the time you are asked to order then sit. No one knows whats going on. Every time I have ever been it is chaos at best.
Came here after a long hike for a coffee. I got to try my first cruffin and it exceeded expectations!
Tried to order a salad. Their kitchen closes at 4pm and got there before 4pm and had waited in line and they refused to take the order. Even the quiches next to the cookies aren’t able to be ordered bc it’s part of the kitchen.
Such a lovely spot! ☕️❤️
Maman in Greenwich has a really cozy and relaxed vibe — perfect for hanging out with friends or just taking a break. The space is super cute, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to stay and chat for a while. Definitely a go-to café if you’re looking for a chill spot with good energy.
Oh. My. Goddess. So so SO very good.
Wonderful. Laptop-free environment...nicely surprised to see young people enjoying chsts and laughters with each other. Of course, as always...some simply ignore the request and have pulled out their laptop which is too bad.
Coffee and service was great.

I did love this place until I had a very negative experience there yesterday evening. I work at the hospital around the corner and a coworker of mine had purchased a “too good to go” bag from there. She had to leave work early and told me I could grab it and share with my kids. My son loves pastries so I was really looking forward to surprising him. After walking down there the staff member wouldn’t allow me to pick it up without the confirmation number. I had used the too good to go app and never had anybody ask for the confirmation number before so I was caught off guard. I stepped aside and texted my friend and waited to hear back. While waiting I saw two other people come and get a total of 3 bags from there. I waited about ten minutes went to the counter and asked if I could just give her name since she must be busy cause she wasn’t replying. I even attempted to show her the texts between my friend and I, but she wasn’t interested in helping me in any way. I gave it another 5 minutes and left because I had to get home to walk my dog and as I was walking to the car my friend called me back. I explained the situation and she went to find the code and then it said that there were no longer any bags to give. So as I was sitting there she gave the bags to somebody else since clearly more bags are reserved than they actually have. It was a pretty frustrating experience and awful customer service. I definitely will not be back.
Service has gone way downhill. I walked out wasn’t worth waiting. Also has very limited seating and parking is a considerable challenge near the store.

Used to be a big
Fan of this place sad to say it’s definitely seen better days to say the least, on October 2nd I purchased a cold brew and two chocolate chip cookies and couldn’t help but notice dozens of bugs flying inside the glass displays where they place the sweets, when I brought this to George s attention he said he was hoping by winter time Maman would pay for better glass displays that protected the sweets better from bugs but didn’t mind serving them to the general public at all whatsoever ?? for 4.50 a chocolate chip cookie and 5 dollars a cold brew is it really asking that much to keep the bugs away from the sweets & ☕️? I don’t think so I’ll take my buisness elsewhere if you wanna get sick stop on by.

I loved the Katie chicken sandwich and the selection of pastries. My son enjoyed his sprinkle cookie which caught his eye. Next time I’ll try the avocado toast and a coffee. It looked delicious !
One of the best brunch places in the area, and the desserts are fabulous.
Must try: Avocado Toast.
Vegetarian options: Ask the cashier for vegan options.

A bit underwhelming experience unfortunately. We had a square, pumpkin pudding filled croissant, ratatouille (with feta, fried egg and 2 sliced ofbread) and the bakery basket (3 varieties of croissant) When served on the ratatouille we found hairs(!) It was immediately replaced and apologized for. The square pumpkin croissant was clearly lacking freshness and old/chewy. It just looked pretty but that’s all to say for it. The replaced ratatouille was more like a tomato mash than a ratatouille. To close positively: the croissants from the bakery basket were fresh and tasty. Service was okay. Lots to improve here.

Ordered from here twice and will definitely continue! Delivery was boxed so pretty, and the croissants are so so delicious. Quiche is also a good choice and was perfection. They also carry GF treats form Sans which is one of my favorite small bakery kitchens in NYC. Chocolate chip chai cookie is so good.
