THEIR BAKED GOODS WERE STALE!! While I appreciate their healthy, vegan, menu and their prices for bowls and pizzas being reasonable, before you purchase any of the BAKED goods in the front case, ask when they were baked. The first time I purchased a few items they were great but the last 2 times I bought the gf doughnut, the notella muffin, the banana bread and pumpkin bread and with the exception of the banana bread the others were stale!!
I was so disappointed!! The small items aren't cheap so I would expect them to stay on top of how long they keep them in the case. I'll won't be going back at least for the baked goods.
Loved my salad and still dreaming about the strawberry chia pudding. Everyone who worked there was super nice too

This place has the best food for a quick meal on the run, catering or a personalized meal. Supr food caters to all dietary restrictions including dairy free, gluten free and vegan while having options for those that do not have food allergies. Everything tastes delicious!!! I have used the catering for office lunches and everytime the staff raves about how good the food was! Check this spot out if you haven’t already.

We had visited a few years back when it was Myx, and we decided to visit again after its rebrand to Supr Food Kitchen. Loved the vibe right away! Plenty of grab and go options to choose from. We primarily saw the menu offering salads, so we chose two, and they were both great. I couldn’t help but notice they’re mixed so much better than other competing salad shops in the area. We enjoyed everything, and the PB&J smoothie was actually one of the best smoothies I’ve had in a while! The staff prepared our food quickly, so we were pretty in and out. Definitely a great option to have in Greenwich!

Supr Food Kitchen catered our event last-night and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff, service, and, of course the food. The staff made it so easy for us to pickup the food — it was beautifully packaged and already assembled! The food was the highlight of the even. We had salads, fresh juice, and energy balls that just melted in our mouths. I’m salivating as I write this..The quality of food is exceptional and you just feel so damn good after eating it.Thank you, Sup Food Kitchen for making it so easy choose healthy food. And of course for your wonderful staff. You make our event a true success. Really appreciate you and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick and yummy healthy meal on the Ave or catering an event!

Loved the sesame ginger bowl (I substituted in edamame and sweet potato + added chicken). It was fresh and delicious! Mango smoothie was also great.

I've been there 3x this week. I finally went on the recco of my brother who went with my mom while visiting me. The food is great. It is not, unlike a review below, unflavorful. Quite the opposite. And I have high standards. The staff's recommendations were spot on. The pizzas are excellent. The bowls, especially in my opinion the sesame ginger with charred chicken, are great. They have a terrific variety and what makes it good is that vegetables and proteins have great flavor and you can switch out rice for cauliflower rice. Sitting inside or out is nice - outside especially because there's a real setup for outside seating where you're not on or directly next to the street. More people should know about Supr. A great, Greenwich option!

I got the same item 2 days in a row, large Green Energy smoothie through Grubhub. The first time it was a big cup, the second day they gave me what looked like a medium cup at best. The lady at the counter confirmed that was their large sized cup. I am trying to lose weight but don't like being taken for a

I wanted to like this place but I won't be going back.I ordered the Kale Caesar salad with chicken, Kale, romaine chicken, croutons, tomatoes, parm. The kale was yellow- not fresh and spoiling, the Romain was unwashed, I could literally still see the dirt on the romaine lettuce... so I assume the kale was dirty too. There was also an entire romaine stem butt in my salad. and the chicken was super dry, such a disappointment. I won't be going back.
