At the hospital for the birth of my son, wanted the nearest available pizza spot...fortunately for me it was also the best. Got an Italian Sub...absolutely delicious! I stopped in on a busy night so it took a minute for my order to be ready, but the staff was communicative and apologetic (unnecessarily). Overall...LOVED!

I’m usually a regular customer and I ordered a regular salad pizza by accident and I meant to put the chicken Cesar and it’s 9:58 on the dot and he’s like 1 minute and he just ended the call, I was nothing but respectful, this was today at 8/20/23 I was just trying to figure out how to get refund or to bring the pizza back

With all the great pizza places in the area, Planet Pizza of Greenwich just doesn't even make the top 100 list. I asked for it not to be super hot, they made it red hot because the entire staff were on their cell phones. Besides that point, the restaurant felt dirty, disorganized with blue containers, and supplies behind the tables mixed with fruit flies and very hot inside.....just made it that much worse. The can of coke was good. With all the great restaurants that have closed, I expect this location will eventually follow suit. This is my first negative review ever...ouchParking: Parking is usually very difficult to find.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ground floor

The worst. Call me stupid for continuing to give them a chance. Every time I order from them there is something missing. Every time.... I order from work so based on their exorbitant prices and delivery fee it is a pricey order. Today's order was 4 salads for $80. Every time they forget my salad dressing. Since it is at work, I either go hungry or eat a dry salad. Today I gave them my last chance. One of my coworkers checked before letting him go and saw the 3 dressings. Not realizing mine was wrong. I asked for balsamic dressing and was given blue cheese. Well I guess it is better than usual. Instead if no dressing I got something. You would think that the $20 small salad would get the right dressing or any dressing at all.
