The bowls are very shallow and you don’t get much açai. It’s more like fruit with a side of açaí, unfortunately. The bowl is probably 2-3 inches high with 1 inch of açaí. And the blue pineapple juice tastes like 70% water.

Walked in to pressed excited for a nice, healthy ice cream but left in shambles. I was the only person in there but the server refused to even make eye contact with me or take my order because she was on her phone. Extremely rude and disrespectful and also only filled my cup up halfway. Terrible and rude customer service, it’s honestly sad because the food is great but won’t b coming back

I ordered their acai bowl, acai was decent but the fruits were terrible. Blueberry and strawberry are not fresh. They put it in the bowl straight from the freezer. I could chew the ice from the strawberries. To charge $16 for frozen food is terrible.

What a mismanaged place. One person working with a line of people. Even with no line they can’t manage it. Sloppy and dirty looking. 3 people walked out today including me. The few times I have been able to get something the food was decent but they were missing toppings. I’m always amazed these poorly managed places exist in Greenwich. I guess bad karma.

I was in the area and was feeling quite faint due to the beating sun and decided to partake in some frozen yogurt. That’s when I had the greatest pleasure of bumping into the sales attendant by the name of Osiris and was given the most exquisite and genuine experience a customer could ask for. Most assuredly Osiris made whole experience what it was. Absolutely exquisite staff and atmosphere!!!
Literally my favorite place. Every time I go in I have the best customer experience and all of the employees are amazing.
