They delivered the wrong order for the second time. I can't believe my wife ordered from them again. Last time they missed 1/2 the order and instead of sending the rest they offered to credit what wasn't delivered.....uhhh thanks. This time they delivered a completely different order. Nobody answers the phone. My wife had to drive there to pick up. I know first world problems but annoying none the less. Never again

My first time ever coming to pressed and let me tell you it’s the best decision I’ve ever made because the drinks were amazing! There was an employee who’s name is Fabiola and she recommended me this drink called strawberry orange mango which by far is the best drink ever ! I definitely recommend this place!

Disappointed in Pressed Greenwich. I ordered online and went to pick it up (at 10am, they opened at 9am) the door was locked. I had to knock to get in. When you call the store it sends you to the generic customer service and they have limited hours which are PST- useless. I finally had someone open up, picked up my half day cleanse. When I pulled them out to put in the fridge, all 5 Roots 1 juices were expired and you can’t really chance it with fresh juices as bacteria grows in it. To top it off, while I waited for customer service for over 20 minutes, they hung up on me. The shop is 40 miles round trip to return these. And the cost of gas is outrageous. Poor Consumer Experience from beginning to end.

In San Francisco, my wife would occasionally go on a juice cleanse. She would fill our refrigerator full of Pressed Juicery's thick nut milks, mysterious green juices, and the occasional bright tangy fruit juice. $7/bottle is undoubtedly expensive. Even if it's a meal replacement. It's part health, part alchemy, and part branding. I personally can't stand the vegetable-heavy spinach, kale, parsley type mixes. I instead opt for the brighter, sweeter options with lemon, apple, and citrus to complement that deep vegetable flavor. But to each their own! For a healthy dessert, I recommend the Dragon Fruit Freeze. Dragon fruit soft serve made with dragon fruit, mango, strawberries, coconut cream, oat milk, pea protein, agave, and monk fruit sweetener. Dragon fruit tastes somewhere between a kiwi and a pear. It's a tropical taste enhanced with the sweetness and the tartness from the strawberry, mango, coconut, and monk fruit. Perfect frozen yogurt / sorbet texture. And entirely guiltless. The Chocolate Freeze is Pressed Juicery's imitation chocolate, made out of almond milk and dates. It won't provide the same rich, complex cocoa flavor you're looking for, but that's the cost of being healthy.

I love getting acai bowls and juices here. The customer service is also a great plus - Shanon is extremly nice and makes a great acai bowl :)

I was looking for a refreshing juice one and and saw one Greenwich ave this place had opened up. Everything is already bottled nothing is made there. They do have some frozen yogurt options but they are pretty bland. The juices are refreshing and delish though. And the place is very clean and quiet.

Came to this location from Westchester county , I had wonderful experience the service was good. I didn’t feel rushed, the guy working Literally made my experience buying juice a ease!Which was a plus. Ended up buying few days worth of cleanses. Will be back!!!!

I ordered juice cleanses in bulk from here, for myself and coworkers. I discussed with the manager over the phone which cleanses would be best and was told the price would be 35$ a day. Upon picking up my order at the store I was charged 45$ a day. This amounted to an extra 100$. I have spoken to the rude front counter employee multiple times in which she tells me the manager is "not in today" then tells me to call customer service then hangs up on me . I have reached out to customer service and have waited weeks with no reply still! Stay far away from this establishment it is a scam with sub par juices and the worst customer service I have experienced.

I have never been more outraged by a food/drink establishment than I have been today. My birthday, of all days. I walked in, and was unacknowledged by the staff. One was busy cleaning behind the counter and the other was assisting a customer. I assumed it wouldn’t be long till they were done, but NOPE. Their conversation continued, talking about unrelated matters, while I stood there for 15 minutes waiting in the cold dank room. I was not helped so I left highly disappointed. I will NEVER be coming here again and will tell others to do the same. The staff is incredibly rude and irresponsible. Don’t waste your time at this establishment.

I came here because quarantine binging on sweets was taking a toll on my gut, and I wanted a reset. I first heard about Pressed Juicery in California, and didn't know they had a location in CT so I drove down to take advantage of their 10% off deal with their app. Their juices are really tasty and the lids are numbered so you can take them in the recommended order. The real star though, was Kyle, who was absolutely lovely and had great suggestions for other treats I could try (pumpkin soft serve *drool*). Everything was in compliance with COVID (masks, sneeze guards, distancing signs) and I felt extremely safe. All told I bought three days of juice, 4 waters, and multiple Wellness shots for under $100, so yes, I spent a ton of money but got So. Much. Juice. I loved the aloe vera water, which is necessary for extra hydration on a cleanse, but my favorites were the vanilla almond and citrus juices. The chocolate tasted like a slightly bitter chocolate milk, it was okay, just not my taste. I really loved how vegan friendly this chain is and I will be back.
