If I could give this place a negative 10 I would ! For starters if you are BLACK do not come to this place you will be stared down by every customer you come in contact with. Secondly the establishment itself is not so sanitary the chairs are greasy. Be prepared to wear your coat while eating it’s freezing ! We ordered our food which was off the breakfast menu . They had no clue what a “boiled egg” was . Bought out the food and instead was given fried egg whites . When explained to waiter that we instead wanted “boiled eggs “ the first thing he said was “well you will be charged for both I can’t take it off the bill.” That statement alone I was blown away by, I’m guessing seeing we were the only black people in the establishment we wanted something for free . The food is basic nothing extraordinary ! The setting needs a deep cleaning . I never received so many stares in any establishment I have been in . Quite frankly the most disappointing experience I have ever had . Again do not come here if you are BLACK .

Ther food was great, the prices were better than reasonable given the area, and the back room was cool, but the service was spotty. Our waitress forgot our side dish and when questioned, said that people often don't want the side and she'd rather not see food wasted. That was probably the dumbest thing I have ever hear a server say. Own up to the mistake, that's all. The entrees were also not served at the same time, also a no no.

Stopped in randomly - cute spot and super cozy. The server was good, kind and quick staff. Ordered some fries and a cheese quesadilla since it was a quick stop. The quesadilla was simple but well made and super cheesy! The fries were crispy and warm.

When I first entered the restaurant I wasn’t greeted not even anyone to ask me if I needed help so I seated myself by the very first available seat by the door . The seat was full of bread and toast crumbs. However I let go this I didn’t wanna be that picky especially I was out of towner . When they brought the food which was scrambled eggs with home fries and whole wheat toast and a cup of tea , the food was cold . I didn’t bother complaining I just finished my plate because I was extremely hungry paid my bill and left .I came on based on a waiter’s recommendation who worked up the street . But definitely not coming back to the place !

Our order took about 30 minutes to arrive even though there were only 4 people in the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The broiled pork chops were tough as a rubber and I had maybe 10 slices of fried calamari. Customer service was also disappointing. We have eaten here before and it was okay. I don't know what went wrong tonight.

Great service warm local atmosphere good to be back and see some of the same faces working there....Parking: It's about time that Greenwich removed the barriers and freed up many parking spaces on the Avenue.

Nice looking place, decent food at an affordable price. However, the service was terrible! We ordered several things. We didn't get the sides that were supposed to come with the food. It was really hard to get the waiter's attention, when we did he kept forgetting to bring the sides. Then he argued that even though it's on the menu it is wrong. It was so weird, definitely not an enjoyable interaction.

Food is good for a quick bite but the waiter and waitress kept eyeing at us to leave even though we left more than a 50% tip to be able to finish our coffee and have them stop doing that. They were passively rude. We noticed they did the same thing to a couple with a baby next to our table. They were trying to feed their baby and we overheard them saying they were going to just leave and feed the baby outside. Plenty of other options in the area.Kid-friendliness: As mentioned, we observed that a new family wouldn’t be welcomed well.
