Now, they do not have air conditioning in this place and they have a 900 degree over in the corner. It’s basically the most uncomfortable you can be indoors on a hot summer day. Order takeout only.

Very solid pizza! Expensive for what it is tbh, but the slices are big and I enjoyed the lasagna slice.
Highly recommend getting some of the more unique slices (we got the lasagna slice and the seasoned tomato... both of which were good)

Not coming back to this place again. My girlfriend and I ordered two subs and an order of fries and garlic knots. We had placed the online order at 8:30 PM and it said it was going to be done by 9:05pm and so we arrived at 9:05pm. When we arrived I asked for an order of wings (which typically takes up to 10 minutes to make- I know as I worked in a pizzeria before). As we waited for the wings, many people came, placed an order and got their orders. 20-25 minutes had passed and we finally went up to them and asked them about our order. Turns out, it was done but they never told us about it. We got the order and we went to the car, my girlfriend decided to check the bags to make sure everything was send correctly, and I'm glad she did because we were missing my sub. Once we arrived home the food was all cold and Unenjoyable. It honestly was an annoying experience and I just wouldn't go back. Inside the foot has some messy. It’s really disgusting food. I never seen in my life.

I absolutely love everything I order from this place! Their pizza, pastas, wraps, and salads are all amazing. My personal favorites are the penne vodka, Caesar salad wrap, and apple chicken salad—they’re all so flavorful and satisfying.
The portions for the pasta dishes are especially generous, making it a perfect spot to share a family meal. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! I had lunch with my mother in law and we shared the chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella, basil, etc. on Rosemary focaccia bread. It was delicious and a very generous size. The staff was extremely pleasant, and the prices were shockingly low. $4 for the largest slice of pizza I've ever seen!! I'll be back next summer!

It's....ok. I'm from Chicago and i can affirm this is not a chicago italian beef. The bread is wrong (too crusty), the meat is dry, the meat portion is insufficient, the meat isn't shaved thinly enough, and the jus isn't dark enough. No sweet peppers offered either, just spicy. The sandwich is passable on its own but it's not close to the real thing. Order Portillo's and you'll see the difference is night and day.

It actually breaks my heart to be writing this review but people need to know. 8 years ago I wrote that this place was the best and when I moved I dreamed of this place. The pizza was good. 8 years ago. They fell off. I came back again to visit my old stomping grounds and this pizza place but they refused to serve my mother because she has a service dog, trained and labeled as such (vest and on his leash). This is highly illegal, not to mention discriminatory. He just kept saying that he didn’t care it was a service dog, it was just a dog and thats his rule ‘cuz it’s his restaurant. Maybe it’s different in Italy, but here where you’re located, it’s extremely illegal. Not to mention, I had a wait a long time for the actual cheese pizza which was mid when I got it. How are you out of cheese pizza at 2pm with no one around? Waitress touched my money and then the pizza barehanded without washing first. Gotta love the lack of sanitation standards here. The old owner was amazing. He was so kind and made great food. This new guy is way out of his scope. Charging people too much, being extremely rude, breaking so many laws, and discriminating. Get him out of here or renapoli will fall to crumbles.
