**AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.** This place is an absolute disgrace. The staff here are utterly incompetent, and management should be ashamed.
Yesterday, I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The drink arrived, but the sandwich vanished. When I asked about it, they brushed me off with a lazy we’re behind on food. I waited 10 minutes before asking again, only to have them ask me what I ordered as if they hadn’t even started it! By the time they finally made the sandwich 20+ minutes later my coffee was stone-cold.
Today was even worse. I placed another food order and waited… and waited. A staff member approached and said, “Your order will be ready in a few minutes.Five minutes later, I asked again, and they hit me with, “Oh… sorry, we don’t actually have it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME You took my money, wasted my time, and couldn’t even bother to check your own stock?
This isn’t just a one off other customers have complained about the staff too. The total lack of organization, respect, and basic competence is staggering. This place ruined two days in a row for me.
**DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.** Save your time, money, and sanity.

My drink order is constantly wrong at this location. I usually do mobile order and it’s always Missing cold foam or whatever else I request and I have to sent it back. It’s really inconvenient and I wish they paid attention more.
