Terrible service from all the staff and on a very bad mood. You place an order through mobile and to get a cup of water for my son you have to make the whole line.. so whats the point of ordering ahead through their app. Do yourself a favor and go to Maman or Gregory’s coffee across the street for better coffee and definitely better service.

They always seem to be staffed well but you always have to wait.... I think they are a little over generous with the ice on an iced coffee and 75% ice for over bucks that's not a lot of coffee..... However I did have a citrus citrus drink special that was pretty good very low sugar decent value

Same experience as other reviewers. Wait 30 minutes for one drink and to watch 6-7 people behind the counter standing around talking to each other acting as if they had no customers.There were at least a dozen people waiting for drinks and no one in the order line so it was not busy. It was just an extremely long wait and my guess is a lot of people go to other locations knowing this. It felt like a Saturday Night Live skit watching them in super slow motion while everyone is waiting very patiently for extreme amounts of time. In addition, at some locations the employees are friendly but no one interacted with the customers for that entire time. The manager should be held accountable and needs to train the employees properly.

If I have to wait 30 minutes for my drink and be late to work, at least make it right! It was met with annoyance when I explained it was wrong and then had to try to fix it myself. Ended up just throwing it away. I understand it’s coffee but if I have to wait and it’s correct I don’t mind. But for it to be completely wrong and then I have to just throw it away. Just puts a damper on the day. FYI Starbucks is not cheap. Quality over quantity. A well made drink can make up for long waiting periods.
