Poor efficiency. There was a line with only one person on the register. I asked a worker who was arranging merchandise on the shelves if he would take my order. He would not. Would it have thrown his whole shift out of wack if he stopped for 5 - 15minutes to help out the one person on the register?

Update 2/21/2024: Gave up waiting for after lunch cappuccino after 17 minutes. Kind cheery barista couldn’t figure out how to refund me my $6 (told him to keep it if/when he figured it out). I won’t be back. Gregory’s across the street and CFCF down the block are better anyway and quicker.___________________________High volume location in the middle of Greenwich Avenue. Usually crowded with most seats taken, scrum of people waiting for drinks. But line moves fast & you can be in and out in five minutes nearly every time.

Could be cleaner for starters. Their lattes are still ok, but that's about it. Expect very long wait on weekends

Spoil youself with a caramel summer special. Might be too sweet, but too good :)

I have been coming here for my morning coffee for years with no issues, but several times lately I’ve seen ROACHES scurry across the coffee bar. If they don’t get this taken care of I’ll need to start going somewhere else…

This Starbucks is located in the heart of Greenwich, just a short walk from the town center. It is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, and is often crowded during peak hours. The store is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The coffee is of course great, and there is a wide selection of pastries and other food items to choose from.Overall:This Starbucks is a great place to go for a coffee or a snack in Greenwich. It is a popular spot, but the staff is friendly and efficient, and the coffee is always good.Recommendations:If you are looking for a quiet place to work or study, I would recommend going during off-peak hours. If you are looking for a specific food item, I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have it in stock. If you are on a budget, there are a few other coffee shops in the area that offer lower prices.
I visit this Starbucks everyday for my morning coffee and love the friendly faces, and consistency. Sadly, if you are waiting for too long, you’ll notice the chandeliers, walls, trim, and shelves are COVERED in dust and dirt. This place needs a deep clean.

I just used a bathroom at Popeyes in a depressed urban area. My first thought? Wow, this is so much cleaner than the Starbucks bathrooms in downtown Greenwich (both locations). In addition to the floors and walls, which are incredibly grimy, More often than not, the toilet paper roll holders are broken and you have to hold the roll, as dozens have done before you, to get your paper. Who’d have thought that Greenwich would have a slumlord and it would be Starbucks?Super sweet and awesome staff though!!

I liked the coffee that I got there! However, on a warm sunny day the line and wait can be excruciatingly long. Didn't mind the line as much, but it took what felt like forever for us to get our one drink. Not sure if that's the norm in this location, but I was a bit shocked. Will be back to try other items!

This morning at 7.00 AM there was no drip coffee of any kind at the Greenwich location. I paid for my coffee but had to leave... management needs to do something here.

They mess up my (not especially complicated) order at least half the times I come here
