Today I just learned why it takes 15 or 20 minutes or sometimes a half an hour to get my hot tea after I have ordered it. It’s because the stickers/labels that go on the cups don’t print out for hot coffee or hot tea. At least that’s what the barista said. So again I was waiting 20 minutes for my tea, and I realized that the cashier probably forgot to tell the barista that I ordered it. When I asked them about it, I got no apology, I just got a mumbled explanation, that the machine that makes the stickers doesn’t do it for hot tea. She didn’t even look at me when she mumbled. I guess she was embarrassed. Really bad customer service from those girls. The last time it happened, the barista and cashier were chatting, looking at their cell phones and not paying attention to the customers. It was a different cashier and different barista. The guys that work there don’t mess up as often as the girls, in my experience. Today, the cashier had a handful of bakery products in one hand and probably forgot to tell the barista what I ordered. I noticed she didnt call out the order, but I thought the machine printed out the label. So now I know it doesn’t.

Worst Starbucks very rude and nasty workers. It is everytime I go to this Starbucks workers have attitude. They also mark items not available on the app if they feel the item is too popular. I have also seen them put little to no lights on in the store to look closed.Riverside is farther for me but they are 100% top notch everytime.

This Starbucks has the slowest mentally and physically workers I have ever experienced in my life. The cashier looked at me confused after a simple order. Then, my drink order was completely wrong because she couldn't process the order quick enough for her brain I guess. I get all my drinks then I'm standing there waiting. The cashier finally realizes she never put my food in the oven to heat up so I was waiting longer than I should I have. I was so shocked by this service because I have never experienced such a horrible Starbucks service in my life.

A+ service as usual! I'm not particularly proud of this next bit, but I was needing a not so late night kickstart and came in right when they closed but they still happily made it for me. I've said it once already, the only issue is that the higher ups need to implement a way to tip the baristas using credit/debit.

On January 5, 2022 I fell outside Starbucks store because they put no kind of ice melt. then I saw two other people fall. not one employee inside cared or offered help. And yes I told them.No I am not getting back out of my car to take a better picture because I end up falling and hurting my arm worse.I am so disappointed in Starbucks
