I really hate to leave a one star review on a location where everyone has been so kind and friendly to me, but we need to talk about the blended strawberry açaí lemonade refreshers. This location cannot make it properly to save their lives. My kids keep saying it’s fine but I feel like garbage paying $6 for a drink that sucks. There’s never enough ice. The bottom half of the drink is always liquid. Last time it was blended…with NO ICE. Just frothy lemonade. You all really need a refresher course on blended refreshers because I’m tired of apologizing to the kids for your mistakes. The ice should go to the bottom of the cup.

As I’m typing this I’m remembering that Sean made me a PERFECT one last week.

I’ll happily change this to a 5 star review if you can just correct this training issue. Please and thank you.

The Spanish guy that works there maybe manger is super rude waiting for my drink 10 minutes late asks with attitude what are u waiting for I told him my order he said are u sure!!!! Do not go there find another store! Left without drink 10 minutes late for work

The partner Mason did not allow me to use cash to load my Starbucks card. I was told that the store safe and cash registers were counted for the night and no cash would be accepted. The entire floor of the dining area was wet with no wet floor sign from the other partner mopping. I arrived at the store 7:25 because I drove to another location that was said to be open via Google but was closed prior to arriving at this one. The partners did not care about anything aside from getting out. The safety of the customers was over looked by the partner for mopping the entire dining space prior to close with no wet floor sign. The partner closed the store out on cash while still open for business which is a liability and safety issue to the business.

On our drive back to Canada, we stopped at the Starbucks in Greenwich, CT, and it was a fantastic experience. The barista who served us was the friendliest I’ve ever met, and at his recommendation, I tried the blonde roast. It was perfectly brewed and just what I needed to kickstart our long drive. The service was fast and efficient, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it a great place to take a break. Highly recommend this Starbucks for its excellent coffee and outstanding customer service!

Black shop, I exchanged 200 points for a cup, they gave me 2 gift cards when they were out of stock! Cheat customer staff! I suggest you avoid this place

The only person here that knows how to make coffee is Ray. Every other time it is milk with a tiny splash of coffee. It has become the most watered (milked) down coffee I have ever had. It is way too expensive to constantly be so disappointing time and time again. It specifically says "splash of almond milk" and is instead Almond Milk with a splash of coffee.
