Ended up ordering from Lotus East instead and received within 30 min.

Very quiet with calming music. We ordered chicken stir fried dumplings, chicken lettuce wrap and vegetable spring rolls. All was very enjoyable. The staff was respectful and kind. Overall, a great experience here at Steam.

The General Tsao chicken was inedible. It felt like we were given old leftovers. Dry, hard, impossible to chew. When I called to complain, she said I will pass your comments on to the chef then disconnected call. No mention of refund or credit.

Great little place in the heart of Greenwich. Authentic, fresh and delicious. Some of the best buns and dumplings I have ever had.
Highly recommend the Dry-Fried Eggplant and Bamboo Fish, with cumin and sichuan spices – both from the Small Plates menu.

The drunken noodles I got with chicken and it was amazing! Just the right amount of spice the noodles are thick and delicious. You can’t go wrong with their chicken lo mein or chicken fried rice either. My son loves their dumplings and I love the shrimp shumai. I’ve been getting take out from here for years Steam is the best in the area.
