Extremely Disappointed with Service at Subway – 06/19/2025 at 10:46 AM
This morning, I visited Subway with my three children, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. The female employee working at the time was shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment we walked in. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially in front of young children.
She seemed annoyed by our presence, rushed us through our order, and spoke in a condescending tone the entire time. When I asked simple questions about the menu for my kids, she responded with visible irritation and acted as if we were a burden. My children even commented afterward that she was “mean,” which speaks volumes about how negative the interaction was.
I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and respect are non-negotiable—especially in customer-facing roles. This experience was enough to make us reconsider ever returning to that location.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Subway today. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. Her attitude made it clear she did not want to be there and had no interest in helping customers. When I asked about certain products, she responded with frustration and couldn’t provide clear answers. I left feeling unwelcome and irritated. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be working in customer service. This experience has made me seriously reconsider coming back to this location.

This was our first time trying this location. We hadn’t been to Subway in a couple of years. THEY HAVE CHANGED FOR THE WORSE! Their prices are double and the meats are less than 1/2 of what they used to put in them. It’s horrible! For service I gave a three because the sandwiches were ready when I got there. But the 2 women working seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No smiles. Save yourself some money and don’t go here!

Ordered 2 subs online went to get them got home to find barely any meat on them, we ordered lettuce tomato olives mustard and Mayo on one no olives on the other
Both barely had meat and there were a total of 12 olives on the whole thing and a ridiculous amount of mustard and mayo
Tried to call the place but no one answered the phone

I just dont understand how a smear of tuna salad on a six inch sandwich can be $8 dollars?? Today's tuna was literally a thin layer spread on the bread ... good thing there was lettuce and tomato...but all I could taste really were the veggies.
Place has gotten more expensive and the quality and quantity have gone way down.

This girl that served me is extremely angry and must hate her job. The rudest most disrespectful experience I have ever had in a subway shop. I totally blame the owner for hiring such a hostile person to work in this establishment. Total disgrace. I will never be back!!!!

"Darius Jamshidian is a terrible owner and had terrible people skills He treats his employees horribly and formerly workers say they hated working for him. He is a cheap owner; numerous Subway locations have had Soda fountain machines that were constantly dirty and broken down. He acts unprofessional in how he conducts business; he will reprimand a worker right in front of customers. Lastly, Darius shouldn't be allowed to own anymore Subway franchises.

So the older lady is so slow I want to go in and do the sandwich for her on the other hand the younger girl has the nastiest attitude and makes sloppy sandwiches. Clearly terrible management
