My husband and I ordered 2 different chicken entrees and we both received chicken and potatoes. Both lacked flavor. No creativity. Huge portions and unappetizing plating. The spinach my husband got was awful, and the sauce on mine did not pair well with the chicken. Our cocktails were not exciting or well balanced. I am surprised and confused given the price point and 4 and 5 star ratings. We went somewhere else for cocktails and dessert.

Great place for a special dinner. We were promptly greeted in the upper level of the combo bar/restaurant area, and then led downstairs to a beautifully decorated second dining room with bar. Tony actually stopped by to greet us and challenge us with that day's trivia and then sent over a delicious charcuterie platter to go with our drink order (nice touch!). Our dinner started with Tony's salad, and our friends had the dumplings which were perfectly prepared. Main's were a Vel Osso Bucco special, a Veal Chop Parmigiana (size of a Buick), great flavor, and our friends has the Scarpariello and Dover sole respectively. These were accompanied by several glasses of select Cabernet's and a Mersault. Overall wine selection was fantastic (sometimes pricey), but great! The finale included a couple of desserts and coffee to share. Very highly recommended.

Its been a few years but I was a big fan of dinners at Tony's and the predecessors at this location, but after my first brunch, my opinion has changed. I had the Lobster Benedict and the lobster tasted overly fishy, and dry. For the price, it was odd that there was not anything else on the plate but more importantly, it just wasn't good. Couldn't even eat it. Other than the quality/taste/lack of value, presentation was lacking on everything as well. The diner plates their food better. Not what I expected after my past experiences here. Maybe they had an off day because of a private party in the patio? Not sure but after this I wouldn't return as the cost doesn't represent the food or experience. I will say the service was very good with frequent check ins from the waiter who was very attentive.

This was second visit. The first time we only had sushi and it was great. This time we ordered apps, entrees and a dessert. Overall, the apps were great . Of the 4 we ordered zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, crab cake, oysters were very good. The grilled octopus was just ok. It needed some sort of sauce or spice to it, overall was bland. For entrees we ordered filet, pork chop and tuna with eggplant. The eggplant ratatouille was the best part . The steak for $60 was not worth the cost, the sauce in the tuna ruined the tuna and the pork chop was not good. Pork chop a far cry from Gabriel's or Hudson Malones. One tuna entree was supposed to be simply prepared but they gave us 2 with ratatouille. They offered to cook another meal but we didn't want everyone waiting . Waiter asked how food was and we told him the pork chop was not good. We did not mention the steak or the sauce on the tuna. We thought the wrong meal or the pork chop entree should have been taken off the bill. At the very least we should have gotten a round of drinks or our dessert comped. Our bill was $650 , not including tip, for 4 people. Food should have been much better at this price. Embarrassed we had our friends meet us half way from NYC for this meal.

We have been going to Tony's since he opened & have never had a bad meal or bad service. Everything has always been superb! Beautiful ambiance & excellent food priced at a great value considering the tremendous quality.

Initially we planned to spend the weekend in NYC but elected to stay in Greenwich, CT due to the weather. We made our reservation for the weekend after Valentines Day and the decor was amazing. We ordered a few apps, filet's for dinner and the carrot cake and everything taste perfect. Our server was great and all the support staff were great. Tony the owner came over and made sure we enjoyed our meal and the ambiance. Everything was really well done, can't wait to get back.

Tony's is a favorite of us as a couple, more importantly us as a group. My friends first choice when a celebration is called for. The party atmosphere is accentuated by Tony's impromptu trivias. The food is unparalleled and consistent! If there should be any misunderstanding, it's quickly remedied. The staff as a whole represents stellar service: from server to Sommalier! Tony's is one of our favorites!

The table we were given was for 2 and was set for 4. We could not even keep our food or wine on the table. The service was slow although our waiter was well versed in his menu and pricing, he really could have cared less about our experience. We could not eat our steaks as they appeared microwaved !! Our friends simply left without eating ! Embarrassing !! Two 20 year old girls were the hostesses and said “they could not help us!” Will never go back , honestly very sad!! It's always been considered a great spot for a good steak! Could not be further from the truth....

Tony's is consistently the best tasting Sushi, Steaks and Drinks. The service is amazing and the vibe is modern. But If all that wasn't enough, you also get the host and owner Tony. One of the most gracious host I have ever met, and I am in the service industry. He will take your wonderful evening and make it exceptional. He makes you feel like “friends and family”. Thanks Tony !!

Our table was a 6 top in a space that could accommodate a table for 2. There were no available tables to switch to meaning one diner in our group had serving trays coming out from the kitchen grazing the back of her head all night. The pacing of the food was off - mains came out 90 min after reservation start time. Food was mediocre with 1 main (salmon) coming out completely raw. It was sent back and then the same piece was returned completely muddled and inedible. There was no offer or attempt to make right on this and the diner left hungry. Throughout all issues, our server acted like he was doing us a favor but gracing our table with his presence. The highlight (and really only redeeming factor) of the evening was a visit from Tony to the table.

My new favorite restaurant. The food is incredible but the staff and service is top tier. Sisso the manager is absolutely incredible and really makes you feel like he's rolling out the red carpet for you. The wait staff were all great. Super knowledgeable about the dishes but also fun and engaging. When Tony comes out it's the best time. 10 stars.

Tony's restaurant was amazing!! Brought my husband there for his birthday with 9 friends. We had a great time! The food was amazing, drinks were on point, our seating was cozy and the staff were excellent. Tony even came up to our table and talked with us for a bit. Hands down one of my favorite spots that I've ever been! Loved everything about the place!!

Came here for our daughters' birthdays and it was fantastic. The food, drinks and service were all outstanding. Would definitely return again. They loved having the celebration there as well.

Really nice and large spacious but biggest highlight is that Tony is so nice himself. We had a sullen teen with us, and he dramatically changed the experience (for the positive) for us.

I ordered a filet mignon med rare and it was med well. Shame bc cut of meat was nice. Hubbie ordered the Sashumi plate and loved it. However, Mom ordered her filet well done and was delighted with it. Staff very good. A bit overpriced and sides ( potato roasts) clearly reheated. Overall a good experience.
