This is, unfortunately, a very poor Sweetgreen location. Ordering in-person takes far too long, and online orders are regularly ready 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Ingredients are frequently missing from orders as well.

Went to the restaurant at 720pm (it was closing at 8pm). The boys that worked there had already cleaned the seating area and told us we couldn’t sit and eat our food or use the bathroom. The food looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day and was put together carelessly.

Wow. After going a dozen times I’ve finally had it. What a terrible experience. The food is materially worse than any other Sweetgreen, the service is heinous, and the experience is just awful.
Why the second star? I honestly am impressed with how bad it is - how is it possible to screw up QSR this much? It’s so impressively mediocre I had to give it the second star just for the effort involved.

I’ve come in person many times and the food is a normal portion. I just ordered and I thought the protein plate was half eaten. The container was half full with maybe a spoonful of quinoa. There was barely anything of the ingredients I selected. Very disappointed, especially for how much it cost.
