Nice restaurant. Food was very good. Service was great. Very loud bar crowd made it necessary to sit at table in the back and unable to enjoy the bar ambience as hoped.

Overall it was good but the interior is worn and tired (ripped upholstery on the seats, heavily worn wooden tables and floors ). The food tasted and was presented well but salmon blt had the thinnest slice of salmon I have ever seen. Could not call it a piece of fish, was a mere slice. The Cobb salad was good, extra charge for chicken. Fries were ok - not crispy (we were there when they opened for lunch so maybe the fryer was not hot enough) Service was good.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and served very quickly. If you are looking for a great meal that is reasonably priced, The Ginger Man is it.

I don't understand why you don't open until noon? Surely there is a lunch market 11-12 or even 11:30-12? Also, music too loud for a business conversation. My customer had to ask for music volume to be lowered.

It was delightful to sit by the fire on this cold spring night! We were warmed by our hot butternut soup and burgers. I ordered mine medium rare which is hard to actually receive... but this one was perfect and delicious! Our servers were very friendly, helpful and attentive!

I have been a very constant patron since the ginger man opened many many years ago... I've spent a lot of time at the ginger man. I had a 12 noon reservation and arrived at 11:45. Staff came to the door and told me I can't come in. Would have to wait out in the rain until 12 noon exactly. I've never had that happen at a restaurant. Was very taken back. Otherwise, the lunch was fine

We walked into The Ginger Man while shopping on Greenwich Ave. The indoor dining was cozy and inviting and they also have a beautiful outdoor patio. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and food and drinks were excellent. We had the roasted chicken and skirt steak and would highly recommend both!!

Upscale tavern vibes. I met a friend here on Monday night to watch the football game. Hostess gave us a cozy table in the corner and our waitress was super friendly. We split buffalo/bbq wings, chicken quesdilla and the bacon-jam burger and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back again for MNF!
