The service was kind and the menu looked spectacular but the food was just okay. For me the worst deal-breaker of all is at the place feels cavernous and dark which could be fixed if they added a ton more lighting inside, but I guess they just don't care. It's definitely not somewhere warm and cozy that I'd be happy to hang out in.
Food is delicious and servers are fantastic. Ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk and… maybe the best matcha I’ve had? Delish. Only complaint is the seating is slightly cramped, so when it’s full you feel a little uncomfortably close to other parties.

My dead grandma can make a better bacon egg and cheese
The service was really slow, we waited for 20 minutes just for someone to come and give us the check! But the food was great

Restaurant will not accommodate a party of 5 even if it is mostly empty. Other places would let you pull up an extra chair or squeeze, but not Granola bar.

I recently placed an Uber Eats order from The Granola Bar and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When my food arrived, I took a bite of the egg scramble and the turkey bacon I added was severely undercooked. It was honestly pretty disgusting and completely threw off the meal.
I understand mistakes can happen, especially with delivery orders, but undercooked meat is a big issue. Because of this incident, I don’t think I’d eat here again. Hoping they pay closer attention to food quality and safety moving forward.

Overall the food is good but overpriced. My last order was messed up twice. I went back the first time to get it fixed, and in fixing it they messed up something else. Didn't go back. Check your food if you order online as what comes out in the kitchen order is not what you ordered online.

The barista and the server both names start w H are lovely. I had an amazing French toast latte and our server was quite busy but still able to make the experience memorable. Excellent food. Love this place so much.

MICE!! DONT EAT HERE OR ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. they have rodents running around the dining room. I was eating there and a women got up and screamed when i notice mice. I asked the waitor what was going on and they were laughing as if this is not a health hazard. Another waitor came over and said they have a rodent problem!!! If you have a problem you should CLOSE THE ESTABLISHMENT. Rodents climb and run on everything and someone can get really sick. I doubt they sanitize anything. The city location has a B and I see their CT location and rye location are just as hazardous and a threat to customers health. I messaged corp about their rye location where food handlers wipe their nose and do not wash them. The department of health needs to close you down!

This was my second time at this location. The first visit was fine, but this time I experienced horrible customer service. My husband and I came in for breakfast and were seated right away. We waited patiently, and two other tables were seated after us. Those tables received water promptly, while no one came over to us at all.
We continued to wait and watched as the female server with long jet-black hair, the same one who seated us, made her rounds to other tables, including the ones that arrived after us, and took their orders. A kind gentleman even reminded her that we were seated before them, and she completely ignored it and continued taking his order.
At that point, I got up and told her we were leaving. She simply said “ok,” even though it was obvious I was upset. I’m also 9 months pregnant and very hungry, which made the situation even more frustrating. Another male server came over to try to help, but we decided to leave. I truly hate to pull the race card, but I can’t explain it any other way based on how blatantly we were overlooked.
I asked for the manager, and the male server told me he wasn’t in. I’m very disappointed, and still hungry, because I was genuinely looking forward to eating here. This experience was unacceptable.

This place has good coffee! The Good Date with an added shot of espresso also has a special place in my heart--by far my favorite smoothie. The baristas are friendly; I don't come here too often but they've consistently remembered my name which is really nice. They carry gluten free bread and make a great breakfast sandwich. The kitchen can be a bit slow but I've found that it's worth the wait.

Extremely disappointing bacon egg and cheese sandwich. 99% bread. The little egg and bacon was so thin you couldnt even see it midway through the sandwich. 2 tiny pieces of bacon to fill a while sandwich. 1 super thin fried egg. Giant roll that totally overpowers the protein. Extremely poorly done. See photo.
