Good tasting food. Skimpy servings. My Macro bowl was basically all kale with very small amounts of the other ingredients.
Avocado grilled cheese had the slightest smear of avocado.
Service was sad. The person who took our order looked like she absolutely hated her job.

Ewww. Avocado toast was yukk, half toasted bread rubbed with some avocado. salt was just tooped. Pan cake were half cooked and rubbery. How can you not make the basic things right?

Great smoothies, cool that it comes in a cup holder
First question, Where do these magical beans come from? I am from Mass where we run on Dunkins, Starbucks and Cafe Nero. I Have never experienced in iced latte like I have from the Granola Bar. I can not have a lot of sugar or dairy and The Granola bar has copious amounts of alternatives that the others do not. Coconut milk, is heavenly. My drink of choice is a large iced latte one shot of decaf espresso with the coconut milk and it is sweet without sugar. I split my time between Mass and Ct and look forward to my latte when I am in Greenwich. The staff is always friendly, and most of the time they start my coffee when i walk in the door and its ready for me as soon as I cash out. The restaurant is spotless, the food is impeccable. Please come to Mass <3

The staff were great but the food was just ok. The smoothie didn’t taste like much and the avocado toast needed seasoning. I would probably just try different items if I were to go again.
3. it’s honestly not easy for me to leave a bad review but there are some significant flags.
I’ll start with the pros- vibrant, bustling restaraunt with a large menu and many options. Really great take-away section and option for seating. Good smoothie selection and great smoothie texture.
Flags- service was bad. Communicated an allergy of dairy and soy to the server and was assured that my order of the Power bowl was a dairy and soy free option. The server even went to check with the manager.
The bowl arrived and I asked a nearby server to confirm what was in the dressing - vegetable oil which is a sneaky one but does contain soy. No big deal, she offered to replace it with a dressing that was allergen free- great. I dig into the bowl and then notice the sauce on the mushrooms- because of the dressing I ask the same woman to confirm the ingredients - there is literal soy listed in the ingredients she checks. Very disappointing that our server didn’t check for this. I order something else with her as she seems to know the menu well (and was kind enough to double check for me). I order the salmon wrap without the balsamic jam and green goddess dressing which have soy. A sauce still comes with it (and because it’s dropped off by a food runner I wait to confirm with the server that it’s okay) nope it’s the dressing with the soy in it. Also, everyone I’m with has finished eating because of having to order something new.
They eventually let me know that the original bowl which was sent back will be taken off the bill- of course it should have been, it was sent back. My whole meal should have been taken off the bill at the VERY least.
The server should have come and apologized, the manager should have come and apologized and the meal honestly should have been comped. Very dissapointing, especially when there was an available list of ingredients.
Melissa the server who saved me from the allergens knows the menu well and is the only saving grace of the experience.

The entire staff at the Greenwich location is amazing!! Mikaell, Melissa, John, Alex… THE BEST!!! So warm + friendly. I get a Nutella latte from them everyday. I’ve tried other coffee shop’s version, and theirs is hands down the best .

1 hour from New York, I advise you to visit this wealthy town in Connecticut with a pretty city center. Granola bar is a restaurant for brunch or a Matcha break. The service is excellent and the prices are affordable.
Manager is friendly and accommodating. We came in with 5 people yesterday. Food yummy and fresh.
