We recently hosted a 94-guest event at Tony’s at the J House, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was lively yet elegant, the food was outstanding, and the staff handled a large group flawlessly. Tony’s attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. A fantastic venue for both dining and private events.
Tony is the best !!!!!!

I never met Tony, but it felt like I did. The staff is full of life and made the evening feel more like a night out with your friends. We sat next to a roaring fire and chatted the sweet hymns of savory food selection.

Speaking of savory, I can't remember the name of what I ordered but it was packed with juicy cuts of chicken and sausage, satisfying my protein obsession! I've placed a couple of pics for your enjoyment.

Additionally, I praise the J House for their multi-facet establishment. We got a deep tissue massage and dinner under the same roof. Both to our expectations.... Til next time, Tony!

Opentable Diner

Great food and hospitality. Ordered salads, crispy rice with tuna, two Waygu tomahawks with sides, old fashions, iced cappuccinos, and caramel bread pudding. Everything was delicious. Tony ensures he makes his way to your table for some trivia too! Will be back.

Tony's is such a pretty place. It was pretty empty at lunch but that was ok. Service was excellent. Maxxwas awesome. Food was delicious! Burgers and pasta bolognese outstanding. We were celebrating a birthday and the servers all sang. It was very sweet. Looking forward to returning.

A bit of a delay in my review here, but a great experience overall when I came by for Christmas Eve. Overall very festive and elevated inside. Every course was excellent, especially the truffle gnocchi and steak au poivre with creamed spinach. The Chianti we ordered was fantastic too.

My only complaint is that I wish the server took my food allergy more seriously. Although the fixed menu had no nuts, it's always good to double check with the kitchen.

I have been to Tony's at the J House several times over the past few months with clients and my girlfriend. The food was always great and the service was fairly good (not great), Tony always is cordial and funny with his trivia which I look forward to. My girlfriend and I made a reservation for New Years Eve at 9:30pm. The restaurant was busy but didn't seem overwhelming compared to a typical Friday or Saturday evening although I'm sure it was to the staff. The NYE charge was $150/person with a set menu. Knowing the typical menu, we ordered what we thought would be the same quality items. We both ordered appetizers, Lobster Bisque and Tuna (both were mediocre at best). We both ordered steaks which were less than sub par for any restaurant. Mine was undercooked (by a lot) so they took it back and returned it to me with the same sides my plate left with (but now cold and overheated from the heat lamp). The steaks tasted like nothing, cheapest steak you could buy for sure, neither of us even ate all of it due to the terrible "non-taste". We finished our meal with creme Brulé. This topped off the evening. It was so bad we took two bites and didn't eat any more. top was soft and the inside was horrible tasting like it had been made days before and thrown on our table. Our waiter was nonexistent and when he was, it was to drop food on the table and walk away (20% tip automatically added at $100, not deserving!!). The only good part of the evening was the toast at the dance floor with the other patrons. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED and it will take a lot for me to bring a client back knowing they didn't care about charging a large price for profit and providing the worst meal I have had in YEARS. Sorry Tony but you struck out bigtime with this NYE dinner which cost me almost $600 after drinks. FYI; I cooked my own steaks the next evening and they were amazing, I had to make it up to my girlfriend......Happy New Year.

I have gone there a handful of times, always great. This time their service was terrible. The food was no where the quality it normally was. Maybe new management or something but overall I won't go back.

Great New Year's Eve. Food was good. Only complaint, and a stupid one, is it was a little dark for my old eyes! Cheesecake was incredible.

Went for brunch, the food was great and drinks on point. We were seated promptly. The food was delicious as usual! Despite not being overly occupied, the waiter seemed rushed to take our order and then didn’t even offer us coffee or dessert, walked over and dropped the check on our table. Hoping it’s a one-off oddity as we saw other tables offered coffee/dessert. So we paid and headed to the bar for after brunch cocktails.

Great atmosphere, food was above average, but the service was atrocious!

Christmas Day Dinner: maybe 8 or 9 tables occupied, about 30% (ish) of the restaurant. One table had a party of 14 (middle of the dinning room). The entire staff was attending to that one table’s every whim. At the same time ignoring the seven or eight other, small groups, dining at the restaurant!!

*also for a party of three they added 20% (of a 400.00 bill) gratuity without first alerting the patron!!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

My husband and I don't go often (budgeting) but when we do want to splurge, this is the spot. The wait staff is always attentive, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and very romantic. They decorated the outer area festively for the holidays and holy heck, did they nail the landing. The drinks were delicious but the real star here is the food. When I say I haven't stopped wanting those potato croquettes and the Nutella French toast dessert, I mean it. Probably some of the best of what the culinary world has to offer. My co-worker and myself talk about the food frequently. If you can afford to treat yourself for a day, I recommend THIS.

Have been to Tony's roughly 4 or 5 times now but last night was. A different experience, i would say I was disappointed. Made a reservation through the app and made a memo that it was my friend's birthday, and requested to sing happy birthday to her. That didn't happen, was trying to get our waitress attention but somehow i could never get it. Anyway she barely paid attention to us, maybe because it was very crowded last night. I said sorry to my friend and assured her that usually Tony's are always on point. My question is that I wanted to bring my other friend again but my worry is that it might happen again, what should I do?
