Absolutely fantastic bagels, best around. Terrible service. Order ahead and food consistently shows up well after it is promised.
Today as I stood in a group of other customers waiting for their order, I resolved never again to bother ordering ahead. Then I waited in line to ask if my order was in process (or had been mistakenly picked up in their chaotic pick up area.), and was told only that “there are a lot of tickets”.
Show up in person, but don’t expect polite.

I have been going there off and on for a few years. Most times simple a bagel and a sofa.. well today was different I ended up getting a Greek salad that cost 14 dollars and a soda for 3.75.. I never really thought bought they over charge for everything... put it like this there is another deli on the same block there Greek salad is 8 dollars and the salad is the exact same thing ... well just because they r in old greenwich dosent meen everybody is rich.. I am done spending money at this establishment period

This place use to be great but food quality has declined. Service is a complete farce. On my most recent order, I was given the wrong sandwich, the dozen bagels I ordered for takeaway were the wrong mix and the muffins were missing. Employee quality behind the counter is terrible - don’t know which way is up

BRUTAL SERVICE

Workers didn't wear gloves while preparing food. They were on their phones a lot, and I couldn't believe how long I waited for two bagels. I was a bit surprised. Everything bagel was just ok. This is supposed to be one of the best bagel spots in Fairfield county.

Excessive wait time. A bunch of kids that need more order or a better system. Also lacks in customer service. They huddle and talk amongst themselves before even addressing customers. I waited about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I ordered ahead of time and waited for another 30 minutes for my order after I arrived. I only ordered 3 bagels. Actually terrible.

Every time I order simple delivery breakfast sandwiches from this place it takes a minimum of 1.5 hours.

Bagels are delicious but the store is horribly inefficient. Waited 25 minutes for two sliced bagels. The staff in the store seem to spend more time preparing food delivery and order ahead orders than they do tending to the long line of customers in the store.

This was the longest I’ve ever waited for a meal, and I can’t say the literally 2 hours between ordering and receiving our food was worth it for this very average bagel sandwich. The staff were overworked, undertrained, and/or on their phones, could not provide any sort of estimates for when food might be ready, and for a place that microwaves their eggs there really shouldn’t be any more than 5 minutes spent per bagel. They desperately need new management and/or new staff, or to drastically cut down on the number of orders per day that they fulfill.

Bagels are very good but 2 stars for food because they are nuking the eggs. It might be ok if they mentioned that but they did not. How a bagel place can be selling eggs without having a cooking grill is ridiculous. This place needs to announce the way they make the eggs.

Whoever you hired in the last six months has made the atmosphere rough. The staff moves unbearably slow and people were leaving and we left without even ordering because we waited 15 minutes and only one person was served their bagel. This is the best bagel shop in the world, please save it or help the staff to learn how to move.

Simple, basic, and excellent! There’s a good selection of prepared or unprepared bagels. My favorite is cinnamon-raisin either plain or toasted with butter. Seating is available inside and there’s comfortable seating without tables in front for a sunny day

It is absolutely outrageous that this place is still in business. Cheap ordinary baked bread (not boiled previously) that is shaped as a bagel and priced accordingly.
