dont place orders on doordash, waited almost an hour just for my order to be canceled.

my boyfriend ordered lunch from here yesterday and ordered his drink with no ice, they put ice .. cool no big deal .. however, when he gets to the end of his drink he starts chewing his ice and gets hit in the teeth with his metal piece from THEIR ICE MACHINE and not a little piece. He called the location and they did not care and told him to file a complaint to corporate. Luckily, he is a manager at his establishment and we have the camera footage from the moment the delivery driver brought the food to the moment he noticed and got hit by the metal piece AFTER finishing his drink, which is also highly unsanitary. He’s been sick since that day. We will be speaking to a lawyer. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable.

I placed a DoorDash order and they told my delivery driver they didn’t have my order. I don’t know how that could happen but it was little effort to try and fix a small issue. Please don’t waste your time at this Wendy’s. I felt bad for the driver waiting for over a hour to get an answer. If you want don’t want a negative experience don’t come here or order online.

You can’t dine in as it used, too.
You can only make a mobile orders and pick your food order at the window. ( not inside the store) It would be great if you can dine in after midnight.
They never seem to get my order right! I speak to them in both Spanish and English, yet I still end up with the wrong meals. From now on, I guess I’ll have to order inside and check before leaving. I was craving a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant combo, paid the full $9, and instead got a plain chicken biscuit with no cheese, no bacon, and definitely not maple. Gossip is more valuable to them than the customer I guess 🤷🏽♀️

I arrive to the drive thru and stay there more than 5 minutes never get an answer so I went to the window and the lady told me I have to tell her at the speaker so I explained the situation but she said oh no I got camera here you never been there
