The BEST breakfast place in Connecticut. The staff is friendly and you feel like you are family as soon as you walk in. The decor is very nostalgic and just a fun place to be. I've never had a bad meal at Charlene's!!! Excellent service!!!

Very friendly staff and food came out quickly. No complaints here. my husband and I couldn't finish our plates. Large portions and I love that they ask if you want onions in your home fries.

Well, we wouldn't know how good it was or not, apparently you have to be a regular to get service there. While we sat right away, and got drinks from someone else, our waitress was too busy talking about her vacation to even acknowledge us. She took 2 orders and never even looked our way. We won't be going back. Thanks for nothing, Charlene!
