Service is sooo slow. Every other order i am missing something. After 8am drive thru never moves. One of the worst dunkins in 50 miles

Quite a few of the people that work here are nice just one or two younger girls that really have an attitude. No matter how soon I put my mobile order in, they refuse to make it until I walk in even telling me sometimes yours is going to be last I have to get drive-thru done first when I put my order in 10 minutes prior to arriving.

Just tired of ordering a coffee and it almost always being wrong. It's 3 mocha, 2 French vanilla swirl, 5 cream and 3 sugar. It should be fairly sweet, but somehow always tastes like nothing other than the creamer was put in and usually also tastes burnt or old. I'd rather go to lisbon and wait 15 minutes and, at this point, almost exclusively do...at least the coffee comes out right. I just don't understand why it's so difficult when it's all just pump/button dispensers.

Didn’t put lid on all the way in drive thru causing the hot coffee to spill all over me and my car. Worker just gave me extra napkins. Won’t be going back

The manager is a drug addict and the store is ran by kids. That should tell you all you need to know about why your food and drinks take 20 minutes + to make. They also have mold and bugs. Same with the subway next door!

First and foremost, we’re dealing with a Dunkin’ Donuts inside of a gas station. I say that because they have a smaller footprint, and therefore do not have as many staff as a normal size Dunkin’ Donuts would have. Usually 1 or 2 ladies working at a time whereas most DD’s have 4-5.With that said, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait, especially when breakfast sandwiches are being ordered. I have never experienced wrong orders, food being burnt, food not tasting good. Everything is always done correctly.The women that I have interacted with who worked there are always friendly. When my dogs are in the car, they are always excited and offer the dogs a munchkin.The food is what it is. It’s the same as any other Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is as you would expect it to be. Overall is a fine Dunkin location

Worst Dunkin around, if I could give it 0 stars I would. They constantly prioritize the drive thru over the counter, and if you order more than 3 coffees through the drive thru they huff and puff at you, make a point to tell you that they're short staffed and that "there's only 3 of us" which one lady loves to tell us EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER. I'm sorry I have 3 people in my household.Terrible customer service and they make it known when they're mad. Sorry you work at Dunkin!

Just went through the drive through here and Gary was fantastic!!! His customer service was nothing short of exceptional. I’m impressed and appreciate his kindness and willingness to make sure I was satisfied with my order.
