This employee #2939 (yellow hair) was a loose canon.
I had the worst experience ever. I hope this reaches the right person, so no one ever has to go through this. I’ve been eating subway for over 20 years and I’ve never had this sort of experience ever. This was my first time at this place and I had to order 5 subways. I started ordering and the employee started slamming the sandwiches. Just because she had to make 5 subways. She was throwing things in the sandwich rather than putting it. Maybe because I’m a minority. Now in the middle of my order she started making an online order, left my order because she was mad. Started messing up my order intentionally. Said this words a few times “next time in not making an order this large.” she didn’t even gave me receipt. I had to take it myself from the printer because she walked away as soon as I paid (check cameras so you’d see me grabbing the receipt from the printer myself because she walked away) . There’s not enough space to mention all the things she did. She intentionally put way way more salt in the sandwich after I repetitively told her light salt. My cousin has high blood pressure and is on a low salt diet, so I mentioned light salt, but intentionally added more salt. I had to drive 15 mins away so I can get my cousin the right light salt sandwich.
Employee culture like this at a franchise where kids visit too is unacceptable.
I hope the owner takes necessary steps so no one has to ever go through this.

Will was a great sandwich artist this evening, after what I’m sure was a long day. Polite, professional, upbeat attitude. Made a great sandwich and I can’t say how much I appreciate that after my long day. Thank you, sir!

If you get a sandwich from Jillian or Briana you will leave very happy. They are always friendly and nice even when they are short staffed, and they both make delicious sandwiches. Don't forget to leave a tip!

Stop rolling the damn flatbreads up and make them the way they have always been made. Ruined my whole day with the online order I just got…. $20 sandwich and you want to roll it up sideways and put half the ingredients? Lame.

Ordered a sandwich , got Home and was missing half the ingredients. After calling 3x and finally getting an answer I was told “we’re out of them , didn’t think you’d mind”

Well had you explained that to me when I was there , I’d have subbed some toppings. Wrote to management. They offered to redo my order but I wanted a refund. This location , staff and management included, are horrible. Save your money , go to Charlie’s.

I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap on line,when I opened it at home it was not a wrap but flatbread the chicken tasted like tuna.if I wanted flat bread I would have ordered it.I did try calling a couple times no answer, won't be going back subway has really gone down hill

It’s not often a place like Subway can blow your expectations out of the water, in fact previously to my experience here I would say it had never happened, however that changed when my sandwich artist Elizabeth provided me with the most scrupulous service. Never in all my sheep hauling days have I encountered lettuce distribution so precise, tomato’s sliced with rigorous attention to detail, or so many options for how the bacon might be served on the sub. When my mouth finally made love to the sweet flavors of my BLT (not BMT) it was like stepping back into my youth. It is with serious doubt that I could expect another experience at a subway as ethereal as this one. Great work!!

There was only one employee present, who I had witnessed calling either her manager or a fellow employee as she was overwhelmed and didn’t have any support. She was frustrated that food wasn’t ordered and stocked. Frustrated that she was left alone for what sounded like, a majority of her shift and the next person didn’t show up for their 12 PM shift. Allegedly her manager never comes in, Subway, you need to do some corrections here.
