Ordered a sandwich , got Home and was missing half the ingredients. After calling 3x and finally getting an answer I was told “we’re out of them , didn’t think you’d mind”

Well had you explained that to me when I was there , I’d have subbed some toppings. Wrote to management. They offered to redo my order but I wanted a refund. This location , staff and management included, are horrible. Save your money , go to Charlie’s.

I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap on line,when I opened it at home it was not a wrap but flatbread the chicken tasted like tuna.if I wanted flat bread I would have ordered it.I did try calling a couple times no answer, won't be going back subway has really gone down hill

It’s not often a place like Subway can blow your expectations out of the water, in fact previously to my experience here I would say it had never happened, however that changed when my sandwich artist Elizabeth provided me with the most scrupulous service. Never in all my sheep hauling days have I encountered lettuce distribution so precise, tomato’s sliced with rigorous attention to detail, or so many options for how the bacon might be served on the sub. When my mouth finally made love to the sweet flavors of my BLT (not BMT) it was like stepping back into my youth. It is with serious doubt that I could expect another experience at a subway as ethereal as this one. Great work!!

There was only one employee present, who I had witnessed calling either her manager or a fellow employee as she was overwhelmed and didn’t have any support. She was frustrated that food wasn’t ordered and stocked. Frustrated that she was left alone for what sounded like, a majority of her shift and the next person didn’t show up for their 12 PM shift. Allegedly her manager never comes in, Subway, you need to do some corrections here.

Sandwich made completely wrong it’s like they didn’t even look at the ticket. Not made on time. And never fixed. Said it was “too late” because I didn’t want to drive all the way back the same day to get it remade and there was “nothing they could do”. Terrible service do not recommend

Had two subs made this afternoon went to check out and was told they do not take subway coupons at the location. $28 for two subs instead of the $13.99 coupon price. Buyer beware. Good thing the person making the subs was cordial or I would have just left and went somewhere where else. No wonder why subways are closing down all the time. I will never be back.

Buyer beware! Don't order from here on doordash, grubhub, or Uber eats!! If you are not there to specifically request the ingredients you want and watch them fall into your sandwich, then you are going to wind up giving them your hard earned money without getting what you paid for!! EVERY TIME I add extra cost items like avocado, guacamole, or extra anything, they take my money and don't add the items. They forget to add standard ingredients like cheese too. Tonight's doordash order was particularly awful. The missus and I are not ordering from this subway any longer.
