Lovely meal, as always (very delicious pork tenderloin) atmosphere and staff are great, however, after ordering a scotch on the rocks, we were VERY surprised to be charged $2.75 for the 'rocks'!! The ice in the water is free, and there's complimentary bread and oil, so charging for 3 ice cubes seemed pretty stiff. Lesson learned - next time (and there will be a next time, because this is a great restaurant) we'll use the rocks that come free in the water!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Waitress was rude, food was over cooked.(terrible) and ridiculously overpriced. Eating in some of the finest restaurants in the world. Extremely disappointed.
Great food and great service! A hidden gem!
Floor was so sticky. We walked in and walked out.
We stopped her because of bridge fire issues, and we’re pleasantly surprised. The bartender staff was very friendly the food for happy hour was very good, seemed clear that many regulars come here. We had the buffalo cauliflower, the meatballs with ricotta and both had the hanger steak. It was very good and we were happy with our selection and it was very easy off route 95
Great food and great service! A hidden gem!
Standard menu- which is always wonderful is bolstered by daily specials..... always such difficult choices! ... and Daily drink specials as well. Have never had anything that wasn't exactly as promised. Staff is efficient, professional and friendly without being overbearing. Enjoy!!!
Please beware that they don't prepare food safely and gave my entire family food poisoning. Very disappointing....
Stopped at Olio's today for lunch. We ordered drinks and the server brought us "warm bread" while we waited for our meal. We have eaten here several times but this is only the 2nd time post pandemic. The bread ended up being two golf ball sized pieces served with probably less than an ounce of an oil/vinegar dip. That stingyness carried over onto the condiments. ketchup, aioli and malt vinegar all were served in the smallest ramekin's that I have ever seen. We ordered a calamari appetizer that was literally inedible. Tough calamari is not unusual but this was like trying to eat a truck tire. I could not pull a leg apart. It went uneaten. My wife's entree was crab cakes and she enjoyed it. I ordered the fish and chips and it too was awful. What appeared to be two large breaded filets ended up being like two batter balloons that were way under cooked on the inside containing two very small mushy things on the inside (surrounded by air). I think it might have been fish.
Food was excellent. Service outstanding. Visiting my son stationed in Groton Sub station. He loved it. Lobster bisque best I have ever had.

Grilled heart of romaine salad too much for one person, but great for two--and delicious. My wife had the Linguini with lobster--excellent. I had the grilled sliced hangar steak--one of the best I've ever had. Tender, zero gristle, not over-seasoned, perfectly cooked. Nice atmosphere, great service. 5 stars
Had the Swordfish special with the most amazing curries lentils. It did not disappoint. I will definitively be going back!
This was a quick stop for a meal after a long drive from Concord, NH. We were so pleasantly surprised. We both ordered a pasta meal of penne with shrimp and sausage was absolutely delicious and it was served piping hot. Good service, even though they were fairly busy and were missing some wait staff. The hostess asked for patience, but we really didn't need any! Great meal on the way to Mystic.
We met friends here for lunch and then had dinner ourselves. It is one of the better restaurants in the area.
