Waitress was nice I guess. Food was bland and not very food. Chips were stale and terrible, no flavor at all. BBQ ribs were the best thing we had on our table. Just go to Chilis instead.

Although most of the time when my grandmother and I visit, not many are there; it's still a nice place to go to. The waitress I had was very kind and energetic/ enthusiastic while we waited. She was also kind enough to try to make iced coffee when I asked! Will say, the iced coffee was worth the order and wished it was on the menu-especially with how hot it has been lately. Quite good food to try there, a good spot to try.

Mediocre experience. The food was okay, chicken was dry, and it took a long time for the food to come. Normally I would understand it taking a long time because our group was large, but we had ordered the food days in advance and planned the gathering, and it still took a long time. The quality was decent, and the servers were polite. Some of them were not very helpful, but I understand that we were a large group and that can be difficult to manage.

Had to ask for refills. It’s very cold inside. Staff seems to be more concern about personal social hour. Food was cold. My dinner plate usually made it worth to order. The shrimp portion was a joke from the many times I have ordered this meal. I always tell my wife let’s try again. This place has been hit and miss for a longtime. Outdated and gone downhill. I guess this time we are truly done at this location. Oh and thanks for the mold! It’s so dark in that place and we didn’t see it till half way eaten! The lack of concern in getting back to us is outstanding! Have spoken to three different people. Still waiting on the general manager to contact us. Latest reason was my phone number is not working but three others have called me! Avoid coming here!

The inside of the restaurant is very outdated, few of the tvs are so old that they have a foggy screen. We were sat in a dirty table, we ordered beer cheese pretzels sticks, boneless wings, loaded cheese fries and a burger pink on the inside. All the apps came at once but all the pretzel sticks were raw on the inside and asked for a refill on my soda. Waited 10 more minutes for my burger that was cooked through no pink like I ordered. Still no soda refill and never received our new order of pretzel sticks until we were done eating and had to ask again for my soda refill cause the waitress just sat in the corner talking instead of doing her job. We were the only table in her section and she couldn't even bother to give her only table any atte
