The service was okay aside from the fact I came in late and I could only get appetizers pending food service etiquette I am supposed to be served as priority. Otherwise if they start cleaning then doors need to stay locked and food pickups need to call to have order brought out.

Food was good and the servers made my experience better but THE HOST on the other hand was extremely rude. Didn’t catch her name since she had no name tag on. I asked for a booth and she denied me and soon after greeted someone else and sat them IN A BOOTH. There were a bunch of booths open AS WELL. At this point, When I asked the server about moving he said sure no problem. I witnessed the same experience happen for another couple who wanted a booth, got denied than moved to one shortly after. Applebees do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS RIDICULOUS.

Man I love this resuraunt. The food is always satisfying. Lately the curbside pick up has been letting me down. Past couple of orders they always forget the side of honey pepper sauce that I paid extra for. Its on the recipt but not in my order. And there is no longer an option to send a text to inform them im outside waiting. There service overall has been getting worst. I may have to start getting my food at the new Wood n Tap. Across the street.

This is the LAST FRIGIN TIME ! The food sucks I ordered 3 trio appetizers the food was brought out at curbside,got all the way home I was missing one ! Had to drive all the way back ! Everytime I order from here it’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM! Very skimpy portions. The bill was 55.00 with tip! The food taste NO GOOD !! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Had the 12 oz steak tasted like plastic. My wife had the grilled burger it tasted like it was smothered in grease not good. The appetizer was good. Mozzarella sticks and marinara were good. pretzels and cheese were excellent. The wonton chicken tacos left more to be desired. Our server was extremely nice and courteous I wish this review wouldn’t reflect on her she was really good at her job, but the entrees were not good.

Service is amazing... its just this franchise has gone to hell. The ceilings are either covered in mold or they had a fire at one point and its just total smoke damage. I don't think they had a fire so... The food is really bland. There is no longer a lunch menu and it was really an expensive lunch for people. 2 for 25- 6 dollar upgrades (tenders!). 2 sodas were $7.50. And tip. The waiter is great and he's been there awhile. Louis is a perfect waiter. Food is timed just right and this has nothing to do with him. He needs a raise! The food was blah. Like totally unseasoned and just boring. At one point I felt like Gordon Ramsey. I know everyone is cutting something and that was totally not a sirloin cut. Plus season the darn thing. Before you say, you got steak at Applebees, I got the same steak at Longhorn too but it was more expensive. Wood and Tap came in across the street and I feel like they lost alot of business to them, or as I call them, overpriced Applebee's.
If they put money into this place and stop cutting corners it be great because right now, its just a dying chain.
Service excellent, food is mediocre at best, and the building needs to restored.
Best value for your buck where else can you get the chicken sandwich with fries and a beverage for under $10. The food is always consistent. It’s a great place just to have an inexpensive night out.

Order take out regularly from Applebee’s Groton, the quesadilla burgers are always excellent, the serving staff is friendly attentive and always on point, the closing night manager deserves over 5 stars, she is very skilled and went above and beyond to correct a slight to go error for me. Thank you Groton staff!

It's alright, it's applebees, boneless wings are consistent, but attention to detail isn't the best, ordered a Caesar side salad for a to go order and got no dressing. Not worth the drive back, but that's a waste of 7 bucks
