Had to ask for refills. It’s very cold inside. Staff seems to be more concern about personal social hour. Food was cold. My dinner plate usually made it worth to order. The shrimp portion was a joke from the many times I have ordered this meal. I always tell my wife let’s try again. This place has been hit and miss for a longtime. Outdated and gone downhill. I guess this time we are truly done at this location. Oh and thanks for the mold! It’s so dark in that place and we didn’t see it till half way eaten! The lack of concern in getting back to us is outstanding! Have spoken to three different people. Still waiting on the general manager to contact us. Latest reason was my phone number is not working but three others have called me! Avoid coming here!

The inside of the restaurant is very outdated, few of the tvs are so old that they have a foggy screen. We were sat in a dirty table, we ordered beer cheese pretzels sticks, boneless wings, loaded cheese fries and a burger pink on the inside. All the apps came at once but all the pretzel sticks were raw on the inside and asked for a refill on my soda. Waited 10 more minutes for my burger that was cooked through no pink like I ordered. Still no soda refill and never received our new order of pretzel sticks until we were done eating and had to ask again for my soda refill cause the waitress just sat in the corner talking instead of doing her job. Valentines day. We ordered pick up due to being a big family and avoid the fuss of dining in. I went in the front door as the side door was packed with a line of people. I spoke to a hostess he directed me to a busy bar and just to mention I'm here for pick up. Multiple people walked by me before ever saying a word not a hi or even an aknowledgement. Order said pick up for 625. Someone finally came out from back with a bag and with no words tried to hand me a random person food. Now around 640 I'm able to give my name. Multiple other people did as well and others that had already been waiting. We then watch 2 staff members walk outside past the huge line. Finally got food at 700 and then got missing items at 709. The guy who helped was great but the wait was long acknowledging it being valentines day. I made no fuss. Get home foods cold and wilted, drinks watered down, burgers cold but yet still pink. Called to speak to someone for replacement food and was offered a refund. They took my info and said they call me when they processed it. Again no fuss. Now it's 10:17pm and no call or refund and down $100. Happy Valentine's Day. Edit: I'm not clicking on a link I have to copy and paste to a social media management site so I can give the same info as last night and get a copy and paste response. I know valentines surprised everyone this year and it's never a busy restaurant holiday so understaffing was a given but jeez that was pathetic and the attempt to fix it has been even worse.

Went in for valentines day after work with my wife and two girls. Ordered our food, and everyone's food came. Except mine. Waited thinking it would come. But it never did, they acted like they were surprised I hadn't received my meal. Didn't offer any compensation or anything. Apologies are cool but on Valentines day with my family, after an exhausting shift, and you want to eat bit your food never comes.With all this being said, our server seemed genuine, but again offered nothing in form of compensation. I still ledt her a tip. But i am not happy, I am absolutely never spending another dollar at Applebee's. Terrible experience.

My daughter and I went to dinner to celebrate my birthday and we sat at the bar. Meagan, our bartender was THE best!! She was super friendly and wished me a happy birthday. She was attentive to us and to the other folks at the bar with us. She is the reason my girlfriends and I will be stopping by for cocktails after work more often. Thank you to Megan for making my birthday fun!

Amazing service! The bartender/waitress/hostess took excellent care of us! The food was good too...won ton Tacos and grilled chicken hit the spot!
My wife and I arrived and decided to sit at the bar. We usually do because the service is a bit quicker and you can watch a little television while you chat. We waited 20 mins still no bartender. Finally she comes out and proceeds to tell us we are out of many different bottled beers. We agree on a similar beer and each order one. My wife doesn't like the brand they had in stock so she pushes hers over and says I'll order a soda. 15 more minutes and no bartender. Finally bartender comes from the back and my wife says ginger ale please. She says ok and goes in to the back again. Our food comes out and she disappears again. Still no soda. ( be sure to add all the wait times). Food comes out after 30 minutes mind you there are 6 people in this establishment and 8-9workers. My wife again asks for a soda. YUP! She replies and my wife gets her soda. When we are eating we find several hairs in our meals. At this point we just wanted to leave so w push our plates forward and wait for the bartender to offer the check. 15 more minutes. She is in the back again! We get the check and place our credit card down. 15 more minutes my wife is ready to go know. Finally cash out and on the way to the parking lot agree never again. Do yourself a favor avoid this place!

I was disappointed in the four cheese mac and cheese with chicken tenders. There was almost no cheese sauce and the breadstick was hard and dry looking. I barely ate any of the pasta because it was pretty gross honestly. My son also ordered a smoothie and I saw it sitting in the bar for about fifteen minutes. When the server brought it over it was melted.

The Food was Fantastic the service was friendly and Attentive. I tried the classic combo and those Honey BBQ wings were Sticky and Delicious. The chips and spinach artichoke Dip was perfection so yummy. The mozzarella sticks perfect size and amount of cheese. The quesadilla tasted so fresh. The main course I ordered the Whisky bacon Burger the burger is a Monster Love seeing the toppings hanging off of it. However i feel like it was More Show than Taste. I wanted more seasoning in the burger the Glaze stole the show. The only negative thing with my experience was how expensive the food was. This meal Averaged $33 per person.
