I absolutely adore this place. I’m a local and our family usually hits them up at least twice a month. It’s a comfort food spot and it always hits just right. The staff is super friendly. Anytime I’ve had to wait at pick up they’ve been so kind, and their chicken tacos are probably the most delicious tacos I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’m so glad to see how popular they’ve become. You all deserve it. Keep up the good work! The community adores you!

Astin J's in Groton is a truly mixed bag—the quality of the food is top-tier, but the wait time is a major hurdle.
We placed an order that included the Philly Cheesesteak, the Double Burger, and a 10-piece order of the Mango Habanero Wings. I have to say, the food was absolutely phenomenal. The Philly was perfectly savory, the burger was juicy and cooked just right, and those mango habanero wings were the star of the show. The kitchen staff clearly knows what they are doing!
However, the experience was severely hampered by the abysmal wait time. We waited a full 45 minutes for our order. For a simple takeout/fast-casual order, that kind of delay is unacceptable and drastically impacts the overall rating.
If you are not in a rush, and your time budget is flexible, the food is worth every penny and every minute of the wait. If you are looking for a quick meal, you should look elsewhere. The kitchen deserves five stars, but the service speed brings the overall rating down to four.

We visited on Tuesday, Nov 25 at approximately 1 pm. Service was fantastic!! Young female wasn't at all bothered by me changing my mind while ordering; just has pleasant and helpful as could be. Burgers were perfect - made exactly as requested, and generous amount of fries were served piping hot.
Kudos to all the staff for a great lunch. Will return next time I'm in town and definitely recommend locals visit often.

Absolute gem of a wings place. It’s all home made including the ranch and blue cheese. The wings were huge and full of flavor. The fries were perfect with huge portion! The walls are covered in kids art and we joined in by drawing from memory some Pokémon’s. The owners are so nice for letting us use their crayons!
Have been here a couple times and every time is a great experience. love the drawings on the walls. All soo cute and interesting. Typically get lemon pepper but now they have spicy lemon pepper 🤯🥰. Amazing as always.

Best burger I've had in a long time. The single was plenty of food. The fries were enough for two with left overs. I had to make sure I was charged correctly as the bill was lower than expected. Recommended for a good quality, low cost meal.

Absolutely Fantastic Burger Spot! This place is a must-try! The burger was absolutely delicious—seriously one of the best I've had. It tasted incredibly fresh and was perfectly seasoned with a great flavor. Beyond the food, the entire restaurant was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciate.
