Karen and team catered an event for us over the weekend. The process was seamless. The food was terrific. They mapped everything out for us based on the expected crowd size. They even delivered, including plates and silverware. Highly recommended.

I am simply obsessed with The Bridge. We came in last month for the first time, and have been back at least weekly since!! What a hidden gem- not only is the food delicious (the bagel and coffee rolls….. unbelievable) but the service is fantastic and staff are the absolute kindest. They truly care and go above and beyond for their customers. I can’t wait to keep coming back, and I’m so grateful we have such an awesome, family friendly food spot so close to our home!

I am absolutely obsessed with thier wood fired bagels and the women who greet me each morning I'm there. They are personable and they def take care of the regulars. I have gone here at least 8 times in the last month and will continue. Just ordered a dozen bagels so we have them for Christmas. Thanks again bridge market and your bagels and your awesome ladies!!!! 1000 percent recommend!!!

We will no longer be customers due to one visit and the worst customer service we have ever gotten. My wife requested an online order of a specific sandwich with certain toppings. The order was paid for in advance and the ticket was attached to the order. All we requested was no lettuce on a wood fired sandwich. When my wife finished her mid day routine, opens here sandwich. What does she see, lettuce. She proceeded to call the market and the two people she spoke to were very rude. All she requested was a remake of the sandwich to the way she requested and paid for. 1) She was offered 50% off her next order (okay, not what we wanted or asked). I don’t ask for more than I purchased. 2) She was told to “scrape” the lettuce off the sandwich, (that is not what we paid for) we purchased a sandwich with no lettuce. Not a sandwich with baked in lettuce we need to “scrape” off.
To top it off we were told that “remaking the sandwich would be, a waste of food”. When in reality, the waste of food was not following instructions for something I paid for. The second person she spoke to proceeded to get loud with her and my wife being human, she matched that tone. Then the second person proceeded to hang up on her. They lost a customer because of not following simple instructions. If their margins are so low they can’t fix their mistakes maybe they need to retrain their employees or better yet, need not be in business at all.

I’ve visited The Bridge Market on several occasions. Every time the staff have been friendly and helpful. I often place large, group orders and they have gotten it right every time. They have several creative and delicious menu items along with many old favorites. The food quality is on par with any top deli in NYC or Chicago. The one area they need to improve on is the atmosphere. The dining room is bare and with poor seating option. I’d recommend improving this to make it more inviting for diners or moving to only providing takeout options.

I went here today, I don't normally come here often, but when I do, I aim to get a slice of pizza and a drink. This place has everything you could possibly want to eat here. It ranges from pizza to grinders to burgers to salads and so much more. I got a grinder, a cookie, and an apple juice. I must say I will come back to this place.

Well my friends kept telling me to try this place it’s awesome okayyyy so I was dying for a ham grinder Monday all my favorite haunts were closed those being Pizza Palace and Midway Pizza how unfair!! Ok so my sister said do you want to try this place? We were in the parking lot so I went in and gave the young lady my order there was also another lady in the background either her mother or her lawyer! Any way I clutched my package and went home I have NEVER Ever had such a terrible grinder before ?ABSOLUTELY The worst! No flavor
