This place honestly needs an option for 6 stars. The previous reviews stating long wait times or cold food or poor customer service i have to assume are fictitious in nature. In a town where taco bell employees start a fight with another customer over your car, McDonald's drive thru will have you sitting in traffic this location has been phenomenal. Today was the first time I've had to go back and when I told the male employee I was missing a small hashbrown that was it. He simply apologized and got me my hash brown. I dont know his name, but he works in the drive thru in the morning and he is phenomenal.

Through the years we've tried this BK and here and there it has been okay with times of dirty tables, broken, leaky soda machine, and spicy service between the good times. I cannot recommend this dump. My husband got a grease-soaked, thrown together burger that was disgusting. In the drive-through on several occasions they were out of several sodas and gave us torn pieces of the brown paper towels due to not even having napkins. I will never, ever go there again. Ever! I wrote to the corporate office and never heard back. Just go to the McD's right next door, or the Wendy's or Popeye's down the street.

The staff was not friendly. They were argumentative when they did things to our order wrong. The onion rings were returned for having salt on them which they were clearly loaded with and they were putting them where the salt was sticking in the fry section.They claim there was no salt on the onion rings. Then they were giving me a hard time because instead of doing the order like I requested they got mad because they had to make a new one. The original order which they charge .50 foe Xtra lettuce and .50 cents for 1 to 2 SMALL tomatoes which is at their discretion which amount they give you and asked for extra mayonnaise and pickle. When my burger came out it was squished and did not have my paper labeled as extra anything. When they finally made my burger as a redo the guy who made the burger slammed it on the counter. Unbelievable how people can act like that when they know they have done WRONG!!!!
