Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Was sent a photo asking if it was about what I was asking for. I requested a few changes, this was agreed to and I paid a deposit. When went to pick the cake up, it was NOT what I asked for. When I asked why the changes I asked for were not respected, the answer given was 'I thought this would look better.' Asked why I, the person paying for this cake, was not consulted first. The answer was 'Thought I sent you a text.' I paid $90 for this cake, so it should be the one I ordered. It wasn't. And, as this was the day before my daughter's birthday party, it was too late to order another.
