We reached out to Izzy for our wedding cake at the beginning of May for the ceremony at the beginning of June and she was very helpful with what flavors she was able to make and we ended up getting samples for a reasonable price, each sample on their own was so very incredible and Izzy worked with us every step of the cake to ensure we were happy with the product and I have to say hands down that was the best cake I've ever tasted. Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Was sent a photo asking if it was about what I was asking for. I requested a few changes, this was agreed to and I paid a deposit. When went to pick the cake up, it was NOT what I asked for. When I asked why the changes I asked for were not respected, the answer given was 'I thought this would look better.' Asked why I, the person paying for this cake, was not consulted first. The answer was 'Thought I sent you a text.' I paid $90 for this cake, so it should be the one I ordered. It wasn't. And, as this was the day before my daughter's birthday party, it was too late to order another.
