Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Was sent a photo asking if it was about what I was asking for. I requested a few changes, this was agreed to and I paid a deposit. When went to pick the cake up, it was NOT what I asked for. When I asked why the changes I asked for were not respected, the answer given was 'I thought this would look better.'
