Girl at drive up window is awful
Got a darn near $30 burrito and it was absolutely terrible. All the meat was on one side while all the condiments were on the other. I threw half of it away cuz I just couldn’t. On top of it the food wasn’t even ready until 15 minutes after they said it would be. Save yourself the aggravation and find a mom and pop burrito place. I will never get chipotle ever again. Better yet go to Moes.
The one in Groton, Ct. Is worth the ride from New london, Ct. I will never go back to the one in Waterford, Ct. It is understaffed, and the counter area stays nasty! I looked at the counter and the food and walked out! Most of the food for a bowl looks old and dry, struck to the sides of the container they sit in. They may be busy, but they can be cleaner and the food fresher!! 👎🏽

Spent 40 dollars on 2 meals and $10 was spent on chips and queso. I received a total of 9 tortilla chips and not even 25% of the container full of cheese. Tried calling the store no awnser. I Wouldn’t waste your money or your time here.

Waited over 45 minutes in line for the drive through. Had to cancel the order and eat elsewhere. Awful experience.

In all the places i could possibly start I will start with food safety. Immediately upon walking in I noticed the counter where several people food was being made was covered in a random assortment of excess food. I then witnessed an employee who was restocking white rice pin the third pan to the counter with his groin. He then proceeded to pull rice out of the bowl (most of which bounced off of his apron) and filled up the third pan as usual. After passing my burrito down the line to the register the employee running the register (who was very clearly high on the job) handled my cash with the same gloves he proceeded to touch other peoples food with. After shaking the disgust of the lack of food safety off I walked away and noticed every single table in the restaurant was covered in food. The three trash cans set there to throw things away were overflowing with garbage. On top of everything else described the music was extremely loud. Every employee was either rude or simply did not care to be there. I've never seen a chain restaurant in shambles such as this one. I'm not an expert but anyone with common sense can see this place is not just unhygienic, but poorly managed and simply disgusting. I hope a higher manager or even an owner sees this review and takes to heart what it says, because to be in charge of this place or even worse own it would be upsetting and humiliating.

Well today was my last time for the Groton location . After being charged for double meat cause only a half of spoonful was out on it the first time I could literally count the black beans on my hands and I’m tired of fighting for a proper portions today they got me cause I wasn’t paying enough attention. There is barely any cheese or lettuce he takes out a little full of guacamole and then just you know tap part of it on top. Normally it takes me three settings to completely finish a bowl. I don’t eat a lot at each sitting cause it fills me quickly. I’ve been going there 2 to 3 times a week for like the last month. I was really liking it. I ate 90% of this in one sitting. I’m tired of paying extra for not getting what I’m supposed to be getting and they could also turn the volume down on the music. It’s not a disco tech I like hearing music just as anybody else, but I shouldn’t have to raise my voice to talk to people. It may sound like venting, but believe me they lost this customer and I always made sure I had some cash on me to leave something in the tip jar, but you not today.
