Terrible service avoid if you can. I was given bag from drive through. I put bag on car seat. 5 min later at home I lift bag from handle and entire bottom falls out dumping entire food onto car seat.
Not to mention I was sitting outside drive through window staring at my food for 15 minutes but kid wouldn't open window he was too busy looking busy. Line of cars and like 20 bags sitting there getting cold.

I have given this Groton location so many chances. The staff are so rude and it is clear that none of them want to be there, when I order through the app and go inside to pick up, all the employees are yelling at each other, complaining about how many orders they have, so unorganized, and completely unprepared for the rush that happens EVERY DAY that they should be used to by now. The chips are always, somehow, overcooked and stale at the same time? The queso is always clumpy, the chicken in my burrito is always tough and fatty. The new red chimichurri was 95% oil. Whether I pick up in person or get door dash, I am always underwhelmed. Tonight was my last time ordering at this location. Please do better.

Do not order from here on Door Dash. I think the workers think it’s funny to give you the wrong orders. I’ve never received what I ordered from this location; order from another store. I even tried to call in and ask if they can prepare it properly and there’s no number to call. Unless you want a sour cream burrito with rice don’t order here. Something fishy is going on; I’ve never received what I paid for.

Food needs to be label properly my husband order a bowl and one of the meat was chicken that he thought it was regular chicken and when he tried it it was very spicy none of the food was labeled. Also the place was dirty table was not wipe down we had to clean a table to sit down and eat.
