I had been avoiding this chipotle location for a while after a few mediocre visits but after coming back tonight I’m so glad I did!!! Not sure when the new crew was added but the gentlemen working 1/21 around 6:30/7 pm made me the best bowl I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle in my years of service. Amazing vibe, staff was friendly and talkative - the 2 boys working the inside line are the reason I will be returning again. I hope they can be recognized for actually caring about their job and doing a wonderful one.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this Chipotle location. Despite the restaurant being only moderately busy, we waited over an hour to receive our food. During this time, there appeared to be significant disorganization, particularly at the drive-through pickup area, where numerous completed orders were already sitting on the shelf. Employees waited an excessive amount of time before asking for our name, which further delayed the process.
We were also charged for guacamole that was never included with our order. Additionally, we initially waited in line in an attempt to use a promotional code, but none of the employees were able to assist us. We were ultimately instructed to place an online order instead, which only contributed to the prolonged wait time.
The experience was further diminished by the lack of professionalism displayed by the drive-through employee, who was on a personal phone call while handing out food and attempting to communicate with customers.
Finally, the physical location of this restaurant adds to the frustration. The entrance and exit are poorly situated on a busy street, making it difficult to leave the property, contributing to traffic congestion, and creating an unsafe and inconvenient experience when trying to reenter the flow of traffic.
Overall, the service was inefficient, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Given the excessive wait time, incorrect order, and logistical issues, this visit fell well below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend this location.

I’ve visited two different Chipotle locations in the past three weeks, and both experiences were consistently disappointing. The staff at this location were noticeably unprofessional, rude, and inattentive. Portions were extremely skimpy, and there was no sense of urgency or customer service.
For the second time in a row, I arrived around 6PM, a peak dinner hour, only to be told they were out of white rice and I would need to wait five minutes for a new batch. Running out of a core menu item during a dinner rush at a national quick-service restaurant is unacceptable.
The dining area was dirty, and the employees seemed more focused on joking around with each other than serving customers or maintaining the restaurant. Several guests besides myself expressed frustration about missing ingredients and long waits. The overall environment was loud and chaotic, and basic items like napkins weren’t stocked. Even the chips were stale.
Between the high prices, frequent mistakes, lack of professionalism, and poor operational standards, I don’t see myself returning to any Chipotle ever again. This level of inconsistency and disregard for the customer experience is not what you expect from a national brand.

Do not order take out or mobile orders from this chipotle. I have never received a takeout order that was correct from here. Missing items, incorrectly made burritos, etc. Go to a different Chipotle location if you need your fix.

Placed an order for a friend to pickup, the meal was not there, and was picked up by someone else I came in and Dashawn (I hope I spelled you name right) made it right. Shout out to for fixing a mistake.
Read low reviews of this location for months warning of slow service and avoided it. The one time I decide to get dinner at this location: they're all out of rice 😂

Terrible service avoid if you can. I was given bag from drive through. I put bag on car seat. 5 min later at home I lift bag from handle and entire bottom falls out dumping entire food onto car seat.
Not to mention I was sitting outside drive through window staring at my food for 15 minutes but kid wouldn't open window he was too busy looking busy. Line of cars and like 20 bags sitting there getting cold.
I have given this Groton location so many chances. The staff are so rude and it is clear that none of them want to be there, when I order through the app and go inside to pick up, all the employees are yelling at each other, complaining about how many orders they have, so unorganized, and completely unprepared for the rush that happens EVERY DAY that they should be used to by now. The chips are always, somehow, overcooked and stale at the same time? The queso is always clumpy, the chicken in my burrito is always tough and fatty. The new red chimichurri was 95% oil. Whether I pick up in person or get door dash, I am always underwhelmed. Tonight was my last time ordering at this location. Please do better.

The worst chipotle I have ever eaten at in my life. Unsanitary on multiple occasions and the chicken is ALWAYS raw. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Waterford location.

I normally don’t post a negative review. But today at 10:30 I walked in and I see 2 Bosses,no one wants to take an order lol 🤣they were minding there business.and place is so dirty.
