The woman Charlene that works there is so slow . She will have customers standing at the register while she's out back playing at the dumpster. Never washing her hands when returning to floor. Same gloves on that she went outside with. Then she also leaves customers waiting while she feeds this dog that comes in there for free bacon, seriously I'm late for work every time I go in. It's ridiculous honestly. I think Jane needs to give the other woman her shifts. I watch customers stand in line for 10 min without being helped they just walk out mad. Bad service bad for the buisness loosing customers and money so that dog can get the free bacon while customers wait in line for help. Horrible dunkin.

Terrible behavior from staff. Richelle the staff member was at the counter completing some work papers and would not greet me and or reflect I was there. I waited till she was available and asked if a seasonal flavor was available in which she looked over replied no firmly and that was it. I knew any other interaction would this person would not be pleasant so I refused to purchase anything and left.No wonder this donut station is empty.I will be writting to corperate because this type of behavior is unacceptable and rude.

i ordered just a avocado toast and watched 2 people behind me get there 3 drinks and a breakfast first .... usually wouldn't complain but my toast wasn't even crunchy

Stopped to get coffee and some snacks before a day trip with my brother. Rude front counter help. Halfway to mass. Found out part of my order was missing. Went back today to get a refund or the remainder of my order. Couldn't find the receipt. Was told without it there was nothing she could do. No she can't do a search with the card I used for my purchase. Enjoy keeping my money . That's what I get for going low class with dunkin. Exclusive of Starbucks now!If you need to go there check your order before leaving the counter

Absolute slowest Dunkin in existence. One person working fiddling with labels ignoring customers. Waited 30 mins not even realizing the time. Older lady cannot handle this job. Completely ridiculous.

It's like Dunkin has forgotten HOW to make coffee. It's either way to strong, no flavor, or tastes like there is 0 coffee in the drink.
When the other Dunkin' is full I usually come here before I go to work. This is the 3rd time they messed up on my order. I ask for hot, they give me cold. I ask for food, they forget. They say they thought they heard this but I know I specifically said what I said and even the receipt says it. They need new workers.

I got the Mango Pineapple with Lemonade which was great! Now the Peach Passionfruit with Lemonade? I haven't have Dunkin' in awhile, but the Peach refresher tasted like it was made with grapefruit, it was strange? I'll try to get the Peach ? refreshers from another DD soon for comparison.

The service was terrible. Apparently they gave out my drink to the car in front of me and argued about it for like 2 mins before telling me to pull to the front of the building . I ordered a Large Cake Batter latte and when it came out, it didnt gave any whipped cream or anything on it. I told the guy that wasnt my drink and the worker said it is but because I didnt say "Signature Cake Batter latte" it doesnt have the whipped cream it anything on it... I feel like usually if the latte doesnt come with the whipped cream and dressing then they ask if you want whipped cream but no one did so I had no idea. That may be my fault for not saying "Signature" but just keep that in mind when you are ordering here. There's another dunkin in Gales Ferry that might be better . Good Luck!
