3rd time the cashier asked me if i wanted it toasted, i say yes and it’s not toasted and it’s not even hot enough to where the cheese it melted, so why even bother asking? You’re two feet from the cook. Pure carelessness. and they need to stop cutting Corners and hiring dumb tweakers that can’t follow simple instructions

The food is good, the coffee is good. My gripe is the guy who works there mornings has been hastily making my sandwich each time that it's cold still in the middle.

Updating my review went to go get a coffee around 5:00 p.m. and an African-American woman was very rude to me after I asked her what time does the store close she just laughed at me and said oh you never been here before? During the day business is great but it is very busy so you're better off using the mobile app.
Parking: The parking lot isn't really that big enough for a lot of customers to park their vehicles. It's a small Dunkin donuts!!

Service was ok but the “hot” latte I ordered was lukewarm at best. I don’t think warming it up would have made it any better. Very disappointing.

Ordered a few bagels toasted with creme cheese.. I didn't realize I had to specify I wanted the creme cheese on the bagel. After a very long wait I got my bag went to my car hoping to enjoy one while I drive into work. There were packets of creme cheese in the bag not even on the bagel. The bagels were barely toasted not even warm. Never once in my life have I ordered bagels with creme cheese from a dunkin and had the employee just say screw it im not putting it on the bagel he can do it himself. That's absurd. I won't be going back to this location. Employees clearly hate their job too. They make you feel uncomfortable just for placing an order like you're asking too much from them. If I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel would that come separately too? What a joke.
