I would say it's one of the more upscale Dunkin' Donuts there's just enough seating space for you to have room between people the bathrooms are clean and accessible it's wheelchair accessible there is ample parking and the food was exceptionally fresh I don't usually write Dunkin Donuts but in this case seeing as how you asked this is a very good upscale Dunkin' Donuts to eat at they also have a drive-thru if you're interested okay be well take care
Dietary restrictions: I mean come on this is a Dunkin Donuts if you going there you're eating Donuts I highly think there is no dietary restrictions for someone who's going to eat there you know except maybe soft and I'm sure there's salt in the donuts coffees got caffeine I mean there is no such thing as dietary restrictions
Parking: This particular Dunkin' Donuts is noticeable while you're on the road for a distance so you can't miss it like some Dunkin Donuts are pushed in a little bit from the main Highway and you could fly right by them without even knowing they're there this one has a big sign that you can't miss
Kid-friendliness: Extremely kind and friendly and they actually smile
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessories on the first floor and even has a mild scale ramp
This people are so rude they never have any condiments and there customer service sucks is so disgusting I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will actually stay away from it.

Never thought I would write a review on a DUNKS but here I am. This location is very strange (at least during the time of day I went). All I wanted was a drink but really had to use the restroom, however it’s REALLY uncomfortable knowing the people behind the counter are not only the ONLY ones with keys but there is no other way to lock it if you are in there. Not the best feeling when you’re a lady and are dressed up. Be warned wedding goers!

HELLO, MANAGEMENT??? I stopped at the drive through and asked for 4 pumpkin muffins in a box and was told they don't have boxes only bags. Have you ever put 4 muffins in a bag? I have and ended up with crumbs. They put donuts in a box why not muffins?? P.S. I brought my own box next time I went there and the pumpkin muffins were smaller, more costly & not as good! Shrinkflation!!!

Often when it is the last hour or two before close the employees claim the "system is down" or say cash only, depending on the night. Being a regular I would expect a small coffee on the house. Also being in the food industry I understand they probably can process and order but the customer serivce is so poor at this location that I can only assume they don't want to work anymore past 8PM (open til 10). If the system truly is down this often then clearly we have a different problem, either way, I would do zero stars if I could. The Dunkin doen the road that isn't open when I head to work at night is night and day different and far superior in customer care.

Came here at 8:30pm on a Sunday, the one employee working was incredibly helpful and patient despite also managing other customer orders
Just had to out my cat down, and all i wanted after a very long week was an egg and cheese on an english muffin. The lady who gave me my sandwich had very long nails. This was the condition of my sandwich when i pulled over to eat it. Made me cry

Every time I go there I order the same latte and toasted bagel and the they hand me a an ice coffee with no espresso, Even though they charge me for espresso. The bagel is never toasted or even warm for that matter. I’ve given up making them correct their mistakes since an employee told me directly “if I don’t like it I can go elsewhere.” I tried again today after months of not going and nothing has changed. I highly recommend going to a different store or company all together.

Decent coffeeUpdate January 24 2024: The ice coffee lately has a nasty taste and for some reason they put very little ice in them. Which melts in 20 minutes. This is the closest Dunkin to me so this sucks. 4 dollars for something i end up throwing away.The staff there is great, but someone has to look into this.
