Stopped in on a Sunday morning ordered the $6.00 meal deal on the kiosk, put in sandwich but neglected to enter coffee which i thought was included as the meal deal is sandwich, medium coffee and hash browns , asked counter staff about the coffee and was told if I want the coffee and hash browns have to order them again and couldn't cancel my order , great customer service have been drinking Dunkin coffee for many years time to get coffee elsewhere or brew at home , done with Dunkin and from some of the reviews no great loss

Went to dunkin today just for a quick bite to eat after class, And i had ordered a sandwich with some loaded hash browns. I was with my friend so we had gotten two coffees as well. I clearly stated 4 and 4 (meaning 4 cream 4 sugar) that may be on me and maybe she didn’t know what that meant but whatever. We come up to the window and a worker brought the coffees to the counter. I then said “those don’t look right” under my breath, assuming i’m gonna go back inside and ask for more cream. She handed us the coffees, and assuming she heard me, continued to say “I made the coffees right by the way”. Not only that, but there was a HAIR of some sort in my hashbrowns, as I continued to look I then found another different colored hair. Keep in mind that I just opened the hashbrowns.

It’s a Dunkin’ so everything is the same in terms of food and drinks. But the owner needs to change its policy on not allowing customers to buy cups of water. I had a dog with me and wanted to get a small cup of water with no ice and I was told no and that the owner would not allow it. We bought food and a coffee and was denied the water, stating the owner doesn’t want any employee to provide people with water and that they would get fired. The people were nice but it was ridiculous to hear that. Honestly will place my money back to a different location that allows free or for a price cup of water for my dog.

Got there at 9:08 pm, the woman had a slight annoyance to her voice and said they were closed... When I drove around it wasn't the normal nice person who works at night when I go, but someone I didn't recognize.
Even though they are open till 10 pm, and they verified their hours recently. this person clearly didn't want to do anything.
Edit: I haven't seen that same woman since and was told lots of people complained about her... She didn't want to work those hours and they sort of forced her ... It's understandable but also...

This is the only Dunkin I trust to make my begal right, the gentleman that makes my legal knows how to toast it dark it comes out with nice crunchy sides and the proper amount of extra cream cheese, I live in Norwich and only like this Dunkin between Norwich, Waterford, New london, gales farrey, and the other groton dunkins, this it the only one I like. I would say it's one of the more upscale Dunkin' Donuts there's just enough seating space for you to have room between people the bathrooms are clean and accessible it's wheelchair accessible there is ample parking and the food was exceptionally fresh I don't usually write Dunkin Donuts but in this case seeing as how you asked this is a very good upscale Dunkin' Donuts to eat at they also have a drive-thru if you're interested okay be well take care
Dietary restrictions: I mean come on this is a Dunkin Donuts if you going there you're eating Donuts I highly think there is no dietary restrictions for someone who's going to eat there you know except maybe soft and I'm sure there's salt in the donuts coffees got caffeine I mean there is no such thing as dietary restrictions
Parking: This particular Dunkin' Donuts is noticeable while you're on the road for a distance so you can't miss it like some Dunkin Donuts are pushed in a little bit from the main Highway and you could fly right by them without even knowing they're there this one has a big sign that you can't miss
Kid-friendliness: Extremely kind and friendly and they actually smile
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessories on the first floor and even has a mild scale ramp
