I have tried for the passed year and a half to work there I applied and everything never did anything wrong to this company they hired me put me in montville. I got into a car accident and after my first week of working it took them 3 weeks to give me my check then I told the āGMā this situation and they ghosted me never responded to me and when I got frustrated thatās when they responded I live right down the road and they REFUSE to hire me for anyone that lives in Connecticut or is visiting donāt ever go to this Dunkin they are very rude and wonāt let you work there when Iām a manager with another company and they continue to have all these lazy unprofessional people working for them which is fine I donāt ever suggest this place it should honestly be shut down worst Dunkin that has ever been open in Connecticut hands down

They don't sell cups of ice water even though it's readily available obviously. It's their store policy. They make you buy a bottle of water. I've probably been to 30 dunkins and I've never heard anyone say this. Also it's drive through only. What even is this place lol

If I could give a zero I would! Beyond disbelief. Every Dunkin I go to I never have an issues but everyone time Iām in Groton itās something ! I a 8.5 month pregnant person was refused water with my coffee. Multiple Dunkinās give a cup of water for free or charge .25 which I think is already out of the way but still I pay it because I always have water with my coffee being pregnant. They flat out refused to give me a water saying itās franchise policy.i seriously cannot believe they say they canāt sell water to a pregnant women ?!! Told them refund my order Groton franchise will no longer get my money. I will gladly give my business to new London or Waterford where I never have an issue.
