I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. We thought it would be nice to take our children to this dunkin for a treat one morning. As we sat motionless in the drive through line, their previously broken and unlatched dumpster gate, flew into our vehicle and did over $1000 worth of damage. This was caught on their video and by at least three witnesses. Their employees also came out and said the gate was previously broken and they apologized. They asked us to be patient and said that they would take care of all the damage. After ignoring our phone calls and texts for a couple weeks , we finally got a hold of them and they told us to take it up with their insurance company. Their insurance company was immediately standoffish, and tried to bully us into filing a claim with our own insurance company which would require a deductible and the possibility of having our rates raised. We tried to contact this local dunkin again to explain the situation to them and the difficulties their insurance company was creating. (We have video and photos of their negligence and the damage). I told them I’d prefer we don’t let this situation spiral out of control. All we want is the damage fixed and nothing else, its such a small amount for a Dunkin franchise. $1000 and a loaner for a day. The guy David, practically refused to talk to us and told us they have nothing to do with it now it’s an insurance issue. I highly recommend anyone never go to a Dunkin owned by these people and definitely would recommend no service members or veterans ever use a dunkin owned by these people because clearly they don’t care about others. Absolute ZERO integrity and ZERO accountability.

The folks at this location seem okay and cheerful. It didnt feel like there was a hostage situation going on like other food/coffee establishments do. 4 stars. I like seeing smiles.The 3$ one-biter ""taco"" tasted like someone forgot cleaning solution on the grill. Too much liquid smoke, or whatever is in that sauce that makes it taste like chemicals. I was that d*** child that actually drank the potions we concocted, I know me some poison when I tastes it sir/madam!! These after-burps are unnatural and mildly concerning.Admittedly, if I get more offers on the app, I'll probably return cause I'm poor and the coffee was actually coffee, but I'll never get that "taco" again. During the time that I've been writing this, a full scale war has erupted in my bowels.Can't tell if it's due to good coffee or bad food. If I die within 48 hours, I will haunt the [**** empji] out of this place.

I have been stopping by after work for a coffee on my ride home. Recently, Dez has been working the window. Dez is always pleasant and makes a really good cup of coffee!! Thanks!

Every single time I come in here they mess up my order then act like it’s a problem when I ask them to fix it. They are so bad it got to the point where I just don’t even get Dunkin’ in the morning anymore. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Every time I come here my order is always somehow messed up. I’ve brought it up to the the servers at the window multiple times and still somehow my orders are still getting messed up

General or district manager, Annette I think?, is horrible. Had my coworker fired for, and I kid you not, stopping to take one to many sips of his drink. Get better management...no wonder you're always looking for people! Maybe it's because of ANNETTE. Apparently she wants her employees to dehydrate themselves and act like her little slaves. DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER, PLEASE DUNKINS.

This DD is now a To-Go five thru only one. Went there on a slow day, no one in line or behind us so there was no pressure to rush our order. We like using liquid sugar so I made sure they knew we wanted liquid sugar. Drive up, paid and was given our 2 ice coffees. The worker looked at us like that was it.... I stared back at him and finally asked for a couple straws. After I looked all around the window to see if you had to specifically ask for one. Since you know, some places won't provide any unless you ask. Seeing none was when I asked for the straws. Drove away, and tasted the drink. Mistake one - always taste while there. There was no sugar! Ugh, this DD used to be really good with service, etc. So not sure what happened.
