Shift leader shouldn't be training people. He was rude to his new staff, embarrassing them in front of, not just their co workers but also a line of customers watching. However the only person that should be embarrassed is him. He wasn't correcting them he was trying to show everyone he was the man in charge. Only thing he showed is that he didn't deserve the position. Because of his poor leadership skills it made the line move slower. I waited 10 min for 1 ice coffee after I had already paid for it. Point to be made is you get more with flowers then vinegar. Get rid of him and if those kids stayed give them a raise!

I frequent this DD’s drive thru quite often. Never any complaints! Today, my two girls and I sat inside to eat. The entire time we were there, the manager Eric (I assume he was the manager from the comments he made), was berating and yelling at the staff. You could tell the entire staff was miserable. One woman was even teary-eyed. (For which she was yelled at for.)

My family and the other family with young children were appalled. This man was cursing at his staff and threatening them at every turn. I understand being in the weeds and being frustrated but that does not give him the right to demean and abuse the people who work there. My 6-year-old was so shocked at the cursing and yelling and so were the other children in the building. Two patrons even confronted this man about his word choice and treatment of the staff. I am leaving this review and calling corporate. No one deserves to be treated that way!

Overall 1 star because they NEVER make my coffee right, they frequently forget the meat on my sandwiches and the packaging is always as if they've thrown the food in the bag! I went to get an order corrected this morning (meat was missing off 2 sandwiches) and instead of listening, the person at the window assumed what I needed and requested the incorrect sandwich to be remade. I tried to get his attention to tell him but he wasn't listening, I had to raise my voice to get his attention and he then accused me of yelling at him! If he had been actively listening, as all good customer service reps should, then I wouldnt have had to raise my voice to get his attention. Overall horrible service, AGAIN!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and a hot chocolate. The sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the hot chocolate tasted like nasty hot water. Waste of $10

Terrible experience here. 5:30 am only person in line and they screwed up the whole order and overcharged me , food and drinks were awful , ended up throwing it out at work. Do not recommend going here

I go out of my way to visit this dunkin cos the one up the street doesn't seem to know how to make a frozen coffee..... not only that ,but these peeps make ANYTHING exactly how I ask for it. Bravo!

To who ever owns this particular franchise you need to get down there and retrain your help, a good supervision over them might also help, 20 min in drive up with 3 cars each of us handing back orders that were wrong, the service has been in a downward spiral for weeks now, you really need to oversee the business it is not running well.
