I would bypass this Dunkin and use one closer to casino. I went twice in past two weeks to refill my Yeti. First time was we will do it but we have to charge you full price since it’s not a Dunkin cup. Ok, I just wanted my coffee so I could go. Second time was we don’t refill non Dunkin cups. So I had to buy and extra large and then dump it in my cup. You just wasted a cup which cost you money and I was going to get something to eat too but since your customer service sucks I decided not to. A cup is a cup. You’re selling coffee which is flavored water. So now for your poor policy I won’t be stopping there again and you are losing money and your workers are losing tips. Congrats on being run by poor management who doesn’t understand the customers contribute to your success.

Horrible. Everytime I come and order food besides donuts, they have me pull up to a front parking space, so their times look good, and then proceed to forget to bring the food you paid for, out to you. Then you walk in and pick up your food, and everyone is just standing around on their phones giving you an attitude because you’re wondering where your food is, cuz ya know, they told you to pull up to the front parking spot, and they’ll bring your food out to you. It’s unreal lol

Older lady with glasses at the drive through’s attitude is pretty terrible. I get to the window, greeted her, no response, hands me my food order, then says what was the order name, tell her, ask her nicely for some napkins, she ignores me, hands me my drink order, then says what do you want in the most rude way, I proceeded to ask her nicely again for some napkins, she hands them to me. I say thank you have a great day, no response. Definitely don’t think customer service is the right industry for her

There was a very rude short female with black hair who was working the evening shift with the name Crystal on her name tag. She flipped out yelling and swearing in front of customers. That is not okay, and I will NOT be back here! The donuts seemed like they were sitting out all day (probably was), and the workers seemed stressed and understaffed! Besides, the place was filthy.

For all those complaining about the bathroom unfortunately that is not a decision made by the staff but the owner of the franchise so please be understanding it’s not their fault! I’m a regular and they are great! For a group short staff they really mean well, the girls are great and def try their best to be nice and helpful to the best extent they can go, a please and a thank you can go a long way for them! Imagine getting screamed/accused/cussed out every day for a honest mistake and 99% they will fix that mistake! I enjoy chatting with them and yes they can be stressed but don’t take it personal it comes with job! I recommend this group especially with the two girls one who one is tall and pretty and the fun pretty and loud one that’s makes coffee and food they both are awesome and entertaining to watch cuz they love each you can tell! Once again, be nice and respectful to them it goes both ways!My orders are always great!They are efficient and fun to be around!
I was here today march 8 this lady treated me like trash cause they didn't get ny order right I'm trying to explain to her and she told me not to come to their branch anymore and gave me a refund ? ? I've never in my whole life treated this way

This Dunkin' Donuts really needs to assess the people they hire. I made a stop there the other day to get a coffee and the girl making my coffee was completely unfocused I think the other employee said her name was Mandy or something like that I mean the girl was so disrespectful and so rude and not to mention she made my coffee wrong and I repeated it to her three times and she still got it wrong. So after going back in three times because this Mandy girl decided to not pay attention to my order she told me oh well I can go to another Dunkin Donuts if I'm not happy that is exactly what she told me and I am sorry but that is not how you speak to your customers for one for two she look like she hadn't slept in 11 months. I mean come on Dunkin Donuts you got to do better especially when you're hiring people. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts ever ever again and I have been a regular customer for about 14 to 15 months now you guys lost a really good customer and it sucks because during Christmas time I always leave the employees a nice little gift card and she just ruined it for everybody so you guys can think your employee Mandy if I'm even saying it correctly because her words were so slurred she acted like she was drunk maybe when she gets fired I'll bring my business back there but until then you guys got to do better
