Very disappointed with the young lady that had an attitude because she didn't make my coffee right first she made me a iced coffee when I asked for a hot coffee then she didn't put the cap on cuz she had an attitude and it burnt my leg and my arm if she doesn't like her job she doesn't need to be there

Waited 10 mins before the girl told me I could use the kiosk- for 3 munchkins inside the restaurant literally I was the only person there inside. She literally took care of a coffee that was done wrong from the drive-thru (the guy came inside to complain) before getting 3 munchkins. Then said she couldn’t cancel my order because it was done through the kiosk? . They don’t know how to prioritize or multitask. The manager to this store needs to help the two people that are there if it’s that “busy”

I would bypass this Dunkin and use one closer to casino. I went twice in past two weeks to refill my Yeti. First time was we will do it but we have to charge you full price since it’s not a Dunkin cup. Ok, I just wanted my coffee so I could go. Second time was we don’t refill non Dunkin cups. So I had to buy and extra large and then dump it in my cup. You just wasted a cup which cost you money and I was going to get something to eat too but since your customer service sucks I decided not to. A cup is a cup. You’re selling coffee which is flavored water. So now for your poor policy I won’t be stopping there again and you are losing money and your workers are losing tips. Congrats on being run by poor management who doesn’t understand the customers contribute to your success.

Horrible. Everytime I come and order food besides donuts, they have me pull up to a front parking space, so their times look good, and then proceed to forget to bring the food you paid for, out to you. Then you walk in and pick up your food, and everyone is just standing around on their phones giving you an attitude because you’re wondering where your food is, cuz ya know, they told you to pull up to the front parking spot, and they’ll bring your food out to you. It’s unreal lol

Older lady with glasses at the drive through’s attitude is pretty terrible. I get to the window, greeted her, no response, hands me my food order, then says what was the order name, tell her, ask her nicely for some napkins, she ignores me, hands me my drink order, then says what do you want in the most rude way, I proceeded to ask her nicely again for some napkins, she hands them to me. I say thank you have a great day, no response. Definitely don’t think customer service is the right industry for her

There was a very rude short female with black hair who was working the evening shift with the name Crystal on her name tag. She flipped out yelling and swearing in front of customers. That is not okay, and I will NOT be back here! The donuts seemed like they were sitting out all day (probably was), and the workers seemed stressed and understaffed! Besides, the place was filthy.
