For all those complaining about the bathroom unfortunately that is not a decision made by the staff but the owner of the franchise so please be understanding it’s not their fault! I’m a regular and they are great! For a group short staff they really mean well, the girls are great and def try their best to be nice and helpful to the best extent they can go, a please and a thank you can go a long way for them! Imagine getting screamed/accused/cussed out every day for a honest...
