About five years ago I stopped going here because it was not clean, in disrepair, and the service wasn’t that good.

Small issue with the machine not printing out tickets, my order was delayed due to no fault of any staff. The gentleman taking orders offered me a milkshake to make up for extra wait time. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not but he should be. That’s how you keep your customers happy even when something goes wrong 100% be returning. Great customer service!!!

I know its 5 guys...I'm gonna be honest. The help pleasantly surprised me, the staff here was super friendly. The food came out good not spectacular or anything just good but the staff and pleasant manner made it a step above the usual 5 guys
