Game Time Sports Bar 👎🏾

After seeing this spot pop up in my FB feed over and over again, I figured it was finally time to pull up and see if Game Time could deliver a W—or if they were gonna get benched.
I walked in around dinner time, stomach growlin’, ready to try a few local favorites and let the vibe wash over me.
Right off the bat? The energy inside was flat. No music, no chatter, barely anyone around. For a sports bar, it felt more like a timeout than a game day. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due—my bartender/server was very friendly, professional, and attentive. She held it down on the service side.
Now… let’s talk about the food:
1. 🍗 12 Wings (Mango Thai & Cajun BBQ) 👍🏾
Blue Cheese dressing 🤢👎🏾
2. 🍔 Cowboy Burger – $14 🤢👎🏾
3. 🥔 Loaded Tater Tots – $5 👎🏾
The wings? They were the one bright spot. Great flavor, cooked well, juicy—especially the Mango Thai. But the blue cheese dressing that came with them? Absolutely disgusting. Thin, sour, and way off. Took away from the wing experience big time.🤢
Next up: the Cowboy Burger. I had high hopes… but it ended up being one of the worst burgers I’ve had in recent memory. Dry, underseasoned, overcooked—and just bad from the first bite to the last. I couldn’t finish it.🤢
And the loaded tots? Mushy, bland, and forgettable. No crisp, no boldness—just filler on a plate.👎🏾
I walked in ready to give this place a fair and honest shot, and I always hope to find a hidden gem. But unfortunately…
This one struck out.👎🏾
I won’t be recommending Game Time Sports Bar.

Ordered delivery and my quesadilla arrived black and crumbling. No way it got that burnt and it not have been on purpose. And at the very least they should have thrown that one away and made a different one. Never should that have been sent out to a paying guest. This was our first order and we will not be ordering from here again.

Reviews aren't accurate... they ask customers for reviews at the table. Where else do you see reviews that mention servers by name? Where's the integrity? Service just OK for a divey bar.

I chose to come here after learning of their wing specials. The day I happened to arrive, it was a burger and a beer for $14.99.
The food did take quite a long while to come out, but they were fairly busy. The sassy ball busting bartender was on task, fueled by Pepsi, felt compelled to distract us with sharp banter, and it felt a bit like being at Dicks Last Resort (iykyk)
The burger was a good burger but it came with an unremarkable special sauce that just disappeared in the bun, and the wings were a style I call double cooked but it makes the wing tough, in my opinion.
A very fine, local, sports bar with food. You know what it is.

My only complaint if I had to make one was that I wouldve loved my nachos just a slight hotter in temp, but otherwise the vibe is dope & My server Meg was amazing. Very attentive despite being on her own & she was so nice &sweet. Definitely coming back!
