Great experience, my daughter has Celiac - went in to order, they have a separate station and slicer to prevent cross contamination, staff member even clarified with other staff whether anyone had used the slicer accidentally in between orders - love that the staff is knowledgeable and takes this seriously, my daughter had no issues afterwards

Ordered some sandwiches , the kid wrote down what I asked for. Different person cashed me out, didn't get a receipt, nor was I offered one. Got home and we were eating them 3 hours later. They gave us the wrong bread, and items missing from the sandwiches. Called, no manager on duty, asked if I could leave a message to get a call back the next day. Nothing but crickets. The kids were goofing off, dancing around. Try paying attention to your job and save the dancing for the night club.

We ordered online and they only sent a partial order over, then stated that is what was ordered. They would not issue a credit or refund at the Waterford store, although Groton said they would have. Our company will not be ordering from the Waterford location again. It was a simple refund for $14.25 and the manager said they would not honor it. Don't order bowls online if you are expecting any salad with it! We just spent $14 for a mushroom and a piece of cheese!

I usually only do good reviews for places but it really sucks that I made my order and as it was being made I noticed it was the wrong bread so I nicely asked if he could switch it. Shouldn’t have been a big deal and would have took 2 seconds. Instead he just grabbed a top off another sandwich. My first thought was isn’t the bottom different also. So I’m looking as the other guy is cutting it and see it’s not white bread it’s cheesy bread bottom. So again I asked to have it changed. It sucks I was given an attitude for wanting my order right and I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m being a jerk for speaking up so I enjoy my meal. I usually love this store but I definitely didn’t appreciate the attitude and it makes me think twice about coming back because who wants to worry about how I’ll be treated of something isn’t right.
