Today I wanted to test the online order. I ordered 6 sandwiches and drinks.
The app has a timer that tells you when your food is ready. I was a little skeptical of the timer so I went in 5 minutes sooner. I’m glad I did. My order was already on the rack waiting.
As I entered the place the server made eye contact and asked for name. I have my name and she immediately gave me my bag.
Jersey Mike’s sandwiches were as expected. Fulfilling!

I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.

Derek and Liam made certain that I had excellent service. The entire team was working hard through a very busy period of the day. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. The place is ultra clean. Although they are very busy, they still take the time to make sure you have everything you need with your order. Thanks again to Derek and Liam for going the extra to make me and my crew have an awesome lunch.
This place has fallen off, drove 30 mins home to find out my club was on the wrong bread, all they had put on it was turkey, onions and tomatoes. No ham, lettuce, bacon, mayo, banana peppers or pickles. And what turkey was on there was barely any.
