This place is terrible. I tried it twice for myself, chicken was greasy and undercooked. I ended up throwing it away. This was a while ago. Today I ended up in Groton with my son who was hungry. My son loves chicken tenders and has never once rejected them from home cooked or the variety of places weve got them. The tenders were pathetic. Not only was the amount of food we got laughable my kid couldn't even eat them because even he (4 year old autistic) knew they were raw and undercooked. I literally could have ordered from the restaurant by my house, got three times the amount of food, healthier, cooked right, for the same amount of money. This is the third time and with bird flu etc I'm contacting dph. Hopefully they will see this first and realize that just because there's a new wave of military families coming through unaware of how terrible they are they can't keep doing this to people.

I ordered a pickup order through their app. It was missing all sauces and 1 item. I called and arranged to get the missing item and sauces. I already consider it annoying to have to go back, but I would have let that slide. When we got home, they had forgotten AGAIN to give us the missing item - the bag only had sauce. I called to complain AGAIN. I asked for the item to be refunded. The manager talked over me, saying he would make it fresh. When I tried to explain that i really just wanted a refund, he hung up on me. We did pick up the item. Third time's the charm? I won't be going back.

This rating would be higher, but the prices are out of control, which is not a direct reflection of the employees. Service ranges depending on who's taking your order. I've had both great and less than mediocre service. The food is on par for a chain establishment, and I have only gotten takeout. The times I have received good service, it was very good, but when it wasn't, it was enough to make me think twice about returning. At the end of the day, you can chalk it up to whether or not Upper management puts effort into their employees and setting a good example for a good customer service model. No matter what the job is, if your heart isn't in it, you won't perform at the highest level. Kudos to the ones who have a good attitude behind the counter. The drive-through at this particular location is not full-size truck friendly.

Worse KFC, will have you waiting 10 minutes before someone finally takes your order then you wait another 10-15 minutes for your food, the guy in the line in front of me was waiting so long he decided to leave

Service was backed up with orders, didn’t seem like all the folks were on the same brainwave, cashier was definitely stressed but definitely admired his effort to keep the customers informed about their order status.
