Would like to give a shoutout to the hardworking staff of this KFC . Best meal I had in years from the franchise. To the gentleman with the cheery disposition serving the drive-thru, I sincerely appreciated the effort. Service was backed up with orders, didn’t seem like all the folks were on the same brainwave, cashier was definitely stressed but definitely admired his effort to keep the customers informed about their order status.
Last time I stopped in Groton back in 2016, I ate at this KFC and it was the worse KFC I ever ate. That experience alone was why I always choose Popeyes for the next 8 years. However, I was back here and I stopped in today. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is completely updated and looked great. Good way better and service was great.
