iIt was a rainy night, I had just gotten out from my 16 hour shift at the hospital, I had been craving nuggets all day, as soon as I got there through the drive through I felt rushed, and I ordered nuggets, then I told the worker I wanted to add the fry convo,and he said that he could not do it because he had already put it in while i was still ordering without confirming if I had gotten my order right, I asked him for the 40 piece, when I was on the window he did not greet, I could barely hear him he spoke in between his teeth and he seemed so annoyed when I asked him to repeat, I asked him for more sauce and he said I had to pay for it, to which I had agreed then he tossed the condiments at me, once I got home I got so disappointed because I wanted to feed my puppy nuggets and for my surprise he only gave me a 20 piece, the food was decent but the atmosphere and service was awful, I was scared this man would spit on my food, It seemed like he truly hated his job, fyi he was on the nightshift, at the end of the night me and my puppy went to bed hungry and cold. I am never coming back to this location, I hope he does not stop at the hospital I work because I will show him what kindness and human treatment trully is.

This is one of the easiest jobs on the planet and they continue to fail time and time again. They can't even get the tomato's on the sandwich, seems like they just stand across the food line and try to throw it into the container. Really sad, do better.

It's McDonald's. It's whole intention is to suck. Don't blame the staff though. They would be better off leaving fast food so maybe the company will appreciate them more.

Every time I order from this McDonald's, our food is either missing something, it’s cold or not packaged right. Like today I got my order delivered and it disappointed me, it was cold again.

I love that they have kid activity booklets at times (during the summer especially). We would come over and hang out with the kids for almost an hour. Wish it had a play place. Groton doesn't have enough playgrounds. With the app, Mikey D's has the best rewards and meal discounts. Free fry Fridays fo'eva.
