I’m a supporter of McDonald at this location It’s clean, food is hot and attitudes are positive. Bathroom is really clean and it has 2 hand driers. Major bonus!!

We ordered at 4:41 two meals, a coffee, and some pies. It took them 40 minutes to get our order ready, and when it arrived, the fries and pies were cold. We had to send back a hamburger because it was cold and burnt, and they didn't give me my coffee. They made the hamburger again and, to my surprise, the coffee they finally gave me was also cold. The restaurant had no heating; I had my jacket zipped all the way up because I was freezing. In short everything bad, you’d better go to the colman street in New London, don’t waste your time in

I don't normally leave reviews however it's necessary...I try to stay away from fast food, but when I dont for me, It's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. The juicy chicken, warm bun slathered in mayonnaise with crisp shredded lettuce. Rock on Ronald McDonald!

Actually signed in served right to table when ready. Considering all the Door Dash Meals and Drive Thru the wait to be served wasn't long at all, pleasantly surprised. A nice quick breakfast meal from McDonald's. I'd highly recommend if needed, plus if you haven't had a McMuffin in awhile.

Were out of some items I ordered. Staff ignores people at the counter. Only real option is to go thru drive thru.
iIt was a rainy night, I had just gotten out from my 16 hour shift at the hospital, I had been craving nuggets all day, as soon as I got there through the drive through I felt rushed, and I ordered nuggets, then I told the worker I wanted to add the fry convo,and he said that he could not do it because he had already put it in while i was still ordering without confirming if I had gotten my order right, I asked him for the 40 piece, when I was on the window he did not greet, I could barely hear him he spoke in between his teeth and he seemed so annoyed when I asked him to repeat, I asked him for more sauce and he said I had to pay for it, to which I had agreed then he tossed the condiments at me, once I got home I got so disappointed because I wanted to feed my puppy nuggets and for my surprise he only gave me a 20 piece, the food was decent but the atmosphere and service was awful, I was scared this man would spit on my food, It seemed like he truly hated his job, fyi he was on the nightshift, at the end of the night me and my puppy went to bed hungry and cold. I am never coming back to this location, I hope he does not stop at the hospital I work because I will show him what kindness and human treatment trully is.

This is one of the easiest jobs on the planet and they continue to fail time and time again. They can't even get the tomato's on the sandwich, seems like they just stand across the food line and try to throw it into the container. Really sad, do better.

Waited 30 minutes for one sandwich and they gave me the wrong order. Didnt find out til i got home. Order i paid for was $12, order i received was $6. Not spending my gas or time to correct their mistake.
