Usually good, staff is friendly. Recently every time I order a root beer they give me Diet Coke or some weird orange hi-c and coke combo. If they don’t have root beer they could just say that and I would be more than happy to order something else. It happens so often I’m starting to feel like it’s a prank or some sort of inside joke.

McDonalds in Groton was clean, employee's working hard, quite, professional. You could see the spirit in the lovey Holiday Decorations, place, so clean. They deliver the food to the customers tables, smile and make sure everything is okay with your order. Our server Troy Burek was exceptional. Took order, suggested breakfast items. I had NEVER been in this McDonalds, we will go back again. Biscuit, eggs, pancakes, coffee were delicious. We were so surprised. No wonder their was a line of cars ordering drive through! Employee's were focused and got the line down quickly, then new lines formed. Just had to let you know.

The McDonald’s in Groton, CT, is a solid spot for a quick meal. The staff is usually friendly, and the service is fast. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, and the food is exactly what you'd expect—hot and tasty. While prices could be better, the convenience and consistency make it a go-to for me when I'm in the area.
