I ordered a pizza online based off the picture the menu provided and received the wrong pizza. When I called to ask what they could do about it they said there was nothing they could and didn’t offer a refund or the actual pizza that I thought I was ordering… the owner said it was our fault and he wasn’t willing to accommodate. Horrible service.

Walked in for first time asked a question and was given a brisk yea then went to start order and he cut me off called a guy over said something to him and then took the next guy. To then come back to us and ask so just a large pizza. Told them no thank you and we walked out.

My husband and I live in Chesterfield VA (Rich) Every year we come up to CT and have to come to our favorite Pizza place. I get spaghetti w extra meatballs and cheese. My husband always a grinder. The best is the rice pudding. Omgoodness the very best. We love the owner. He always has a big hug and the whole staff is wonderful. We always have a cooler full from Midway Pizza. Bob & Tammy

On 8/26 in the afternoon we called to place an order for a pizza. As some areas are known for we had bad reception lost call and called right back to complete pick up order. When we arrived my partner was literally baraded over the fact we had bad reception and could not complete order on 1st call. As if they were so busy. The order ended up placed but for whatever reason they needed to make it an issue about it. Very rude and should be ashamed of your selves. We will never eat here again and will do everything short of opening a billboard to be sure everyone we talk to knows how terrible your service is. They must be friends with the Hardware store across the street because they both act and run a business similar.

Ordered 42 pizzas for the election workers. Probably 38 of them were burnt. I called spoke to Jimmy shortly after they were delivered and he told me my only option was to go back around to the polling locations and bring THEM back the burnt pizzas. We couldn’t do that during an election.Tried calling today (the day after) to see if we can get even half a refund. They were only willing to do 15 pizzas. He ended up hanging up on me.Adding pictures for proof. They were even worse than these as these were just the ones that stayed in the office..I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you go in and look at your food prior to leaving.
