Great local spot. Limited parking, but if you come early you can find a spot. Allot of locals apparently come here. Definitely worth the visit. Its a bit old with some patina, but clean and the service is friendly and quick. Food was good - not outstanding, but solid.

I got the country fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, home fries, and wheat bread plus two French toast with chocolate chips. It was a bunch of food! All prepared very fresh and piping hot, the home fries had a wonderful seasoning, the wheat bread was buttered, and the wait time for the food wasn't bad! Staff was super sociable with a sense of humor! Patty checked in on me to make sure I was enjoying the food. If you visit New London, you HAVE to visit Norm's Diner for a reason. It's challenging to go as a group of 4 people due to how busy it is, but it's busy as a testament of the quality of the food and staff who prepare it

Classic diner! We stopped in for breakfast while in town, always looking for a good diner experience! Norm’s was a good find! Walking in you get the classic diner feel. Sat right down and ordered all the classics. Eggs, omelets, sausage, toast and home fries!
Food came out FAST! Everything was good although we may have caught the home fries at the wrong time as half were perfect and the other half were undercooked. Otherwise we enjoyed the meal and experience!

This is my absolute favorite place to eat when coming to CT To see me son. The food is absolutely amazing (made me feel close to home) and the employees are so kind. I haven’t had anything here yet that I haven’t loved! Oh and you can’t beat the prices, the prices are amazing! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Every time I come in from out of state, Norms Diner is always at the top of my list to visit. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else—fun, unique, and unapologetically true to who they are. That authenticity is what makes this place so special. The staff has a way of making everyone laugh and feel welcome, and it’s impossible not to leave in a better mood than when you walked in. The food is consistently delicious, especially their HOMEFRIES!!! The best thing on the menu!…. but it’s the people and the energy that make Norms truly unforgettable. My waitress Monique had us laughing with her funny comebacks and she was very attentive. A must-visit spot in CT!

I can’t say enough great things about Norms. My boyfriend and I have been going there for weekend breakfasts for the past 2-3 years. The food never disappoints! We always have a wonderful experience with Steven and his crew. My favorite breakfast spot in the whole South Eastern CT!

Norms is another home for me and my husband. We have been going there for 3 years when we went from engaged, to married, and now we bring our little girl there. Steven and Peter are the best and always make us feel like we are at home. Anyone who has anything negative to say should really double think there review. This place is a Groton staple ❤️
