I go to the Groton Panera when I am visiting the Groton area. On many occasions I have ordered multiple cups for the same pickup time. There was 1 cup on the counter even though all were marked completed. It's not hard to put a cup out if a slip prints.
The iced coffee is just as bad as the Waterford Panera. The iced tea is darker than the iced coffee. The product is very weak and lacking flavor. I thought Panera's claim to fame was supposed to be consistency. The Panera we go to in MA almost always has great iced coffee but I have yet to get a good cup at the Groton or Waterford stores. Looking at the staff, I suspect they are managed by the same people.
It's really not difficult to make good iced coffee.
Why does Groton have a fireplace if they don't turn it on? They should probably have it serviced, since the soot on the doors would make it difficult to enjoy the ambience.
The manager is always friendly at the store.

Worst meal !!! My wife ordered a chicken wrap with lettuce and tomatoes. She got 5/6 very small chicken crumbs, the tomatoes were the pieces you throw away (tuff seed ends) and some of the lettuce was already gone past it's life. I ordered an Italian that had so much salad dressing the meat had to swim just to stay up with the bread. You guessed it it l took a bite and it literally pushed down my face. We will never eat there again.

Peaceful, spaceous location with separate dining areas that offer different moods. Staff are friendly, food was absolutely delicious, always a treat going to this location

Cashier was nice Ding room was dirty but I find all Paneras are. Warm water bottles. Food was ok nothing special. Expensive kids menu, you are better off getting the adult food

Maybe don't complain about your customers in front of your customers because they ordered over 40+ minutes before you close. I love Panera but that's just rude and makes people not want to come back 😬

I love Panera. What I don't love is when one of the employees is wearing a t-shirt where the sleeves are barely past the shoulder and her armpit is grazing all the trays full of food. I'm all set with that.
