Standard Panera experience. Friendly staff and easy kiosk ordering. You've been to Panera and this one is just like the last one .

We did feel like food preparation here was a bit better than other paneras. Easy parking!

I recently visited Panera Bread and was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered a baked potato soup and a sandwich, but both were far from enjoyable. The sandwich was falling apart, with burnt meat that ruined the flavor. The soup was overly salty and almost inedible. On top of that, the dining area was not well-maintained—tables were dirty, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it felt far below the quality I expected from Panera Bread.

Not much of a review. I popped in real quick for a muffin to go. It's convenient it's right next to the walk in. Wished there were croissants but the blueberry muffin wasn't too bad.

Loved the food it was definitely made with love. Loved the customer service even more. Even with the incident of me accidentally choking a great worker Frankie Tillman was able to perform the Heimlich on me saving my life and appetite.

Placed order online, to save time thinking everything would be OK. Nope mac and cheese seems watered down now, and the sandwich bread was out of stock.
Ok my question is
WHY is that so many QSR establishments want locations to stay open longer but NEVER have the product that the customer came out for specificly? I dosent make sense.
If your able to place an order online , than mark out ( show availability) of what the customer desires. $35 for absolute trash. Had i known i wouldn't of bought my subpar dinner from here.

So I walked in a few days ago me and another gentleman was in line. I wasn’t feeling too good. And I just wanted soup. There were at least 7-8 employees putting food together within 5 minutes no one ever greeted us or said give us a minute we will be right there. I found it rude and unprofessional and eventually walked out never placing an order. Very disappointed. Even though you have other methods to order now keep in mind we still stand in line for an actual person.

Great lunch meal served quickly. On Google maps this Panera site shows the wrong location - which is actually a Khols. The Panera is actually on the left end of the map.

The morning shift plays their own very inappropriate music through their phone loudly. The staff are loud and curse and talk over each other while customers are at the counter waiting for food and waiting to even order food. The cursing employees really have to stop. There are customers and children present.

Disappointing. Not the friendly service you expect from Panera. I have been going here for years, and they changed all the recipes for the worse. The soufflés are not soufflés. They are puff pastry with scrambled eggs. The puff pastry is touch and doesn't cook well. Their baguettes used to be authentic. Now, they are a loaf of bread. The quality if the turkey has gone down. No more metal utensils. It is almost impossible to cut a soufflé with their cheap plastic knife. They don't check their coffee levels and they run out constantly. Complaints to the manager did nothing. You'd not hear the word thank you anymore. They don't ask for your pabeta rewards card. They don't ask if you want to use your rewards. They charge you the wrong amount. This can't all be the fault of the cashier. Where is the manager? I could go on.

Kid-friendliness: I have always brought my kids here, but they don't have anything geared towards kids. Beware of the highly caffeinated teas.
