We did a fundraiser with this Panera Bread and we under estimated the number of people we were going to have show up. We had more than double the participants in our fundraiser compared to what we expected and Panera was understaffed because of our mistake. The staff was hit with order after order for several hours and backed up but the team leader stayed positive and the staff gracious and professional. Would highly recommend this Panera for fundraising opportunities in the future. Thank you for your support Groton Panera!

Panera is good, yes. The food is just not as good as it used to be. For example, the Ceasar salad used to have Parmigiano slivers and crisps. Now its just lettuce and powdered Parmesan from the grocery aisle. Dont get me wring, the ingredients were in good shape. Just lacking quality.

Grossest panera I've ever eaten at. Seriously disappointed. The staff had no gloves on while making the food, the cashier had no idea what was even on the menu. I'm looking at the reviews on this location in groton and I'm shocked at the amount of bad ones. Shut down, train and re staff the whole resteraunt I give it 6 months before the store closes anyway. Horrible horrible ?

Horrible all around. I ordered a chicken salad. Chicken was cold and was never told they don't have ranch dressing after I said that was my choice. My bread was cold. I ordered a soup and it was basically all broth A large soup wouldn't even fill up a toddlers belly. The soda is flat and it was so loud in there that I couldn't even eat there. Left with a horrible headache and bad food. Very disappointed. Won't go back there again especially for a $26.00 headache

Only complaint is or more so concern is the lady who took our order (maybe her name was Mel?) was very much out of it. Her eyes keep closing as if she was falling asleep. She had a hard time taking our simple order. They were out of bagette so the manager said sub it out with a side. After we paid she said I just need to cut the sour dough bread... and she grabbed a loaf of sour dough and stood there for a few minutes (really did) almost falling asleep and not knowing what to do or what she was doing with the bread she shoved it in a plastic bag and handed it us... I've worked and taken care of addicts before and saw similar motions and traits. I pray for her.
